'Pros: Location is fantastic. Steps from the beach and free trolly is located right outside. The view is absolutely stunning. Cons: There is no vent in the kitchenette so cooking can be challenging. There is also something wrong with the next door neighbor’s door as it needs to be slammed shut for it to close. Every time it slams you hear it very loudly in the apartment. Overall very pleasant and relaxing stay!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo, while touring colleges in South FL for a few days. The beach decor was so welcoming and our favorite spot was the backyard seating area along the canal. The owners responded quickly to our questions. We were close to the beach and a number of delicious places to eat. We all agreed we would love to visit again in the future!'

The view of the pool and beach of the location were incredible and definitely exceeded my expectations but the sheets were full of stains and everything was super outdated/old, like falling apart and rusty old . However south beach and Calle ocho were a short drive away and the beach was 10 steps away. For the price I paid, I'm not upset for what I got!'
