A mean hotel for a few nights stays, personal mean, breakfast is not a buffet, but you need to order at the bar, long time waiting also.
Limited diner food at the bar, but restaurants in the area.

Altijd een genoegen. Vriendelijk personeel ondanks de drukte. Ligging prima mbt restaurants uitgaansleven. De malls liggen wel ver, maar met een Uber kom je overal!

Property is a great location for the Metro Mover Knight Station. Annoying that every day for which we stayed we had to get our room card rekeyed because of "problems with the system". The "Starbucks" coffee bar was open on a very limited basis and there is no "Bistro". Not exceptionally clean and somewhat antiquated.

Elevators always had a long wait, asked for the room to be cleaned on several occasions and it never was and every time we came back to the room our key was never working which meant constantly having to get it reactivated. Our check in was 4 pm and we had to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes because rooms were not ready. The location was ideal and accessible to everything but likely would not stay again.

Easy check-in and out process, staff was overall professional. Room bathroom was comfortable and clean. Ideal location for anyone crusing out of Miami, very short ride (10-15 mins) to the cruise port. Location was good, close to metro mover stations and walkable distance to Bayside Marketplace (10-15 mins). Would stay here again!

The room type that I booked was NOT available. The staff did acknowledged the overbooking and treated us to breakfast the next day. However, I am still waiting for them credit the difference to my account for the overpayment. Lastly the water pressure was low and the wster was not hot.

They didn’t have the correct room that I reserved. They tried to give a room that was too small for 4 adults. It took awhile to get an actual room. When we did get the room there was a sock on the floor that was left by a previous guest so they do not really clean the rooms.
