We were given a room on the 19th floor that was in need of serious renovation. Little did we know that when we checked in. This is a bad policy of some hotels and for the money we paid, we were dissatisfied. I will have to point out that when I mentioned it to Nicholas in the morning, he did comp us for the breakfast, which was appreciated.

Hubo una noche que no pudimos dormir por una pelea en el pasillo de otros huéspedes. No pudimos hablar a recepción para reportarla porque el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. Sólo había 2 toallas de baño y éramos 4 personas hospedándonos en esa habitación , bajamos al lobby a solicitar más toallas (porque no funcionaba el teléfono) y tardaron más de una hora en traerlas. Cada día que hacían la limpieza nos volvían a dejar sin las 4 toallas que necesitábamos (una por cada persona hospedada ).

The property is old and needs to be renovated. The staffs were phenomenal and super attentive, friendly. I hate that the bellman has to go up and down the stairs to transfer baggage. The carpet was filthy and lifting. The hallway carpet on the 19th floor had a long tear. I wanted to have a very great new year and I did. Housekeeping did their very best but I had to give them a 1star for cleanliness and property condition.

Well I can tell ,my experience on this awesome hotel was 10 start. I love the staff since the valet parking whit great guys serving very special. Staff on lobby perfect respectful and knowledgeable. The Staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. Location is close to many places we wanted to go to. Transportation was easy. They had free snacks and appetizers every evening from 5:30-7:30. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Pésimas condiciones y limpieza!!
Los cuartos están muy viejos, además de que muy ruidoso porque están en remodelación, lo más importante y alarmante fue que nos encontramos en la alfombra del cuarto una uña postiza tirada y una bola de pelos alado. No pudimos dormir la primera noche de los ruidos de la remodelación a las 8 am en sábado. Yo reserve una suite remodelada y me Dieron la vieja, con uñas en el piso, bolas de pelo y ruidos. Al final nos cambiaron de habitación y la tele no servía es decir todo mal en el viaje. Tengan cuidado hay muy pocas habitaciones remodeladas, las demás están para caerse.
