Locatie is super. Het zwembad en ook de rest van de tuin zijn zeer mooi. Het hotel is net, maar het onderhoud van de kamers kan beter. Wij verbleven er langer dan een week en gedurende deze periode werden onze lakens niet één keer ververst.

De kamer was in orde, al was deze nogal aan de kleine kant voor een deluxe kamer. Wat iets meer tegenviel, was de resort fee van maar liefst $38,50 per dag. Dit was echt overdreven, en wij waren van mening dat we veel meer mochten verwachten als we dit moeten betalen bovenop de prijs van de kamer. Het grootste deel van het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al was er een man die duidelijk zijn job niet graag deed en dus ook een aantal zaken negeerde. Overall waren we tevreden van ons verblijf, al zullen we niet meer in de Surfcomber logeren, omwille van de exorbitante extra kost van de resort fee (bijna 1/3 van de totale prijs per persoon van onze hele reis!).

uniek is dat er elke dag tussen 16.00 en 17.00h gratis wijn te verkrijgen is in de lobby. Goede kwaliteit van wijn ook. Ook is er s morgens gratis koffie en in de namiddag ice tea en ice water.

Prima hotel maar blijft duur
Prima hotel. Prijs is eigenlijk veel te hoog maar je betaalt de plek waar je verblijft. De resort toeslag van $35 per nacht komt er ook nog bij 😳

Great accommodation! Very friendly staff and we got a little present because it was our honeymoon! Location is great and direct access to the beach! I do recommend a room with view on the court side or pool.

Took my son for a quick 13th birthday trip! We had an excellent time! Great location- easy to walk or uber anywhere you want to go. Beach is literally steps from the property. Pool is FANTASTIC- pool service is great- our cabana attendant, not so much. Found everything reasonably priced and the added bonus of luggage storage and ability to enjoy amenities on day of checkout was CLUTCH!!! CANNOT go wrong here!!!

Beautiful hotel within quick access to the beach, plus the pool area was nice. Far enough away from noisy busy area but close enough to walk to many food options.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offered a complimentary happy hour every day from 5pm-6pm. Both red & white wine and a local beer option. Provided hot appetizers samplers as well. Great location to everything.

I felt the food in the restaurant was good, but very pricey. The service was good. The rooms were clean and housekeeping reached out many times to see if I needed anything else. Unfortunately, there was a smoker on one of the floors that vented into my room and it was if I was smoking. The management and the security handled it the best that they could but it was an awful situation since they couldn’t find out where the smoke was coming from. I would stay here again as I feel the hotel, tries to accommodate their guess the best that they can.

Lovely pool and great proximity to the beach It unfortunately is right next door to the SLS property which has a non stop party blasting music situation The surfcomber itself is quite noisy…. Very functional, in the middle of the very expensive hotels but offers a great value. The staff was amazing working on all locations. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small, but had all what I needed.
