There is no air conditioning in the hallways of the rooms. My room had damaged air, the breakfast was very basic. I did not like anything.

I stayed here after a breast argumentation surgery, while recovering from surgery along with my caregiver, we heard my room door open, a man showed up in my room unannounced, scary right? Considering my condition at the time. My caregiver who was another female walked towards him and asked, can we help you? He claimed he was maintenance and got a call about that room to fix a light that wasn’t working. He also mentioned he didn’t know the room was occupied that’s why he just walked in. Interesting!! I thought, I’ve been here 1 whole day and night before this incident, and no I didn’t make any call or complain about my room. Anyway, after that I was just uneasy for the rest of my stay especially every time I heard the door next to me slammed open and closed. Overall, the facility is ok if you’re on a budget. It’s clean and livable. Breakfast included in stay, and nothing else is complimentary remember that.

Es bien concurrido por familia con hijos de todas las edades lo que puede dar fe de su tranquilidad y seguridad y comodidad, para el precio y condiciones de las habitaciones está muy bien para toda ocasión. He estado frecuentándolo los últimos dos meses y la verdad la experiencia ha sido muy buena.

Limited staff at desk, so long waiting for service; Room furniture needs updating..old; Toilet was dirty with black bacterial marks ar the upper tim of the toilet; Locks to APT failed on a daily basis and I had to request assistance to open the door;too expensive for the quality of place

The property was recently renovated. I noticed a new lobby area and new elevators. If you're travelling to Doral, this is the place to be. It is close to the airport and there are many restaurant options around. They also have shuttle pick up to Port of Miami.

On my recent trips to the Miami area, I have preferred La Quinta Inn hotels because they offer excellent prices in good locations and have nice rooms. However, on this last occasion, I noticed significant declines in the facilities and room cleanliness. Upon arriving in the room, I initially thought it looked clean, but at night, cockroaches appeared. When I checked under the beds, I discovered dust and trash that had accumulated for weeks. Additionally, daily cleaning is not performed, and guests need to request it at the reception. When I inquired about this, I was told it was a policy dating back to the pandemic. This didn’t make much sense to me, especially since I wasn’t informed upon arrival, and cleaning was only done on the third day. Another observation I have is that my request for an accessible room was not taken into account. I had requested this when making the reservation through Expedia. Instead, I received a room on the fifth floor without a disabled-friendly bathroom and far from the elevators. As for breakfast, it seemed appropriate, so I would give a good rating in that regard."

We stayed there during a renovation so we had to use an alternative entrance. Hard to find parking as the property was sold out during our stay. Front desk staff was not friendly. He seemed annoyed that we couldn’t understand Spanish. You need to give a 24 hour request to have your room cleaned. The location was great even though we could hear all the planes coming and going. We loved the continental breakfast.
