It might be just one side of the hotel, but the southwest side is noisy with a hum. Can’t figure out what or where it’s coming from. Otherwise, great hotel and will stay here again and ask for a room on the northeast side.

Loved that there is a restaurant Catch of the Day, right on the corner of the street beside the hotel. I could walk there and there is plenty of entertainment. I did feel safe going out by myself around the area. I enjoyed it. The hotel offered free shuttle to airport as well as a 15USD shuttle to the cruise port. It is a good service to have at the hotel since a lot of client go on cruises, I did not have to plan much to get to the terminal.

This place was horrible. The rooms all smelt like smoke cigarettee. My bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet had pee on it. The staff was extremely rude. The rooms were so dirty. The pillows had this plastic material inside them and it was so loud and gross. The airport shuttle never came after we were told it would be 20 minutes. We waited almost an hour and had to finally Uber. I would never stay here again.

This hotel has some upgrading to do. I picked this hotel to use the pool after checkout but didn’t get notified that the pool was under construction. Breakfast was a big disappointment for the money. The front lobby called a taxi which never came. Had to use my data to order an Uber. I’d find somewhere else to stay if you’re wanting to use the pool and eat.

Your place needs to be SCENT FREE. Your rooms and halls are on overload for scents. This is so difficult for ones with allergies. Our room was so strong with scent is was very unpleasant! We are from Canada and majority of our public places are now scent free and it is a great relief. It makes it so much better to breathe....and much healthier. This is something that your hotels should strongly consider! PLEASE!

I booked a room with queen beds but they were double. It took longer than for the hotel shuttle as it went by us without stopping the first time. When I called the hotel they said it was a full and everyone wants to use it because it is a “free” service. It also transports people from one airport to another. I was not happy by his immediately going to it being a “free” service. In my view the hotel shuttle is included in the price of my room. None of the other hotels had vans that drove by and did not stop for their guests. I could have booked a cheaper hotel without an airport shuttle and I think it is important to know that this hotel has a shuttle that transports people between airports so it fills up and you may have to wait while it drives by without you. The shuttle did come back fairly quickly in 20 mins and took us back to the airport at 410 am. I would not conciser something as free that is included in the price of my room and I will not book at this hotel again since they used it being a “free” service as an excuse for poor service.

I’ll start with this: the property is under some renovations so I’ll cut them some slack. The lobby and pool were excellent, and I really appreciate the fitness center and business center. All staff members were very friendly/helpful, and the complimentary shuttle to & from the airport was a great help. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The coffee machine was broken, the electrical systems were strange, and there was a hole in the wall ‘hidden’ by a mirror. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the toiletries were not the best, and the water pressure was unfortunately low. (Not sure if I can post photos) You get what you pay for. It’s nice for a short-term trip, especially if you don’t plan on actually being in the hotel room that much. HOWEVER, I have hope that in a few months the rooms will be much nicer :)
