Sfeervol logeren in het Riviere hotel
Wij werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en mochten gelijk de bagage op de kamer zetten normaal om 15.00 uur maar wij al om 12.00 uur de kamer was goed uitgerust en alles was schoon Het ontbijt was in orde en wij mochten de bagage weer veilig neer zetten i.v.m met ons late vertrek

Prettig maar eenvoudig hotel op prima lokatie.
Klein hotel op goede lokatie op Collins Ave met veel winkels in de omgeving en direct achter Ocean Drive en strand. Onze 4 persoons kamer had erg weining daglicht, twee kleine ramen. verder netjes. Ontbijt was inbegrepen maar erg beperkt. Bovendien weinig ruiimte om te zitten. Soms wachten voor een krukje om te kunnen zitten. Plastic bestek en borden.

The breakfast included was weird it was just toast and limited to one pastry per person and not even a fruit also chairs are included at the beach but only two per room so if your four in a room they need to pay for the chairs and umbrellas are NOT included u would need to pay for them by day. Room was very clean so that was a plus. It’s definitely a 3 star

Not a very warm welcome. Breakfast poor-there are NO EGGS OR FRUIT like some pictures show. Very spacious rooms, apartment like (at least the one we stayed in). But dirty, floors haven’t seen a good vacuum and mopping in a looooong time. We needed the space as we were traveling with a toddler (exclaimer: they do provide infant/toddler cribs but they come with NO MATTRESS, just the hard pad that the playpen comes with to keep the bottom of the crib from collapsing. Our child managed to still sleep on it but just keep that in mind. Decent stay for the space that we needed but would not stay again. It is close to the beach and you get two chairs at the beach.

Didn’t have parking anywhere around, lots are full. Call property, was going to park at airport and use there shuttle. They said shuttle was not available. Was misinformed by resort when I booked. Going to contact my bank and file a report. I will not pay for this. I just started using Expedia so I will see how you can handle this situation.

Fiquei encantada com o atendimento prestado pelos funcionários, principalmente pela simpatia, carisma e excelente atendimento da Florencia e da Julieta. Os quartos são limpos e espaçoso. Hotel muito bem localizado em Miami Beach, pertinho da Ocean Drive.

Good rooms, clean and cool. Coffee at breakfast was cold. Everyone putting in the microwave to heat. Pastries and muffins for breakfast, good enough to start the day. Unfortunately or second room at the tail end of our trip smelled like oil/tar. Probably had to do with the construction next door. Overall good experience.

L'hôtel est très bien placé en plein South beach. La chambre est très bien, neuve et très propre. Ariel à la réception est formidable. Le dernier jour par contre limitation à une pâtisserie au petit déjeuner.. pas cool. Sinon le reste est très bien.

The property is small and clean . The staff were great. Anything that I asked or needed they were more then happy to help. The room was clean the bed was soft and the bathroom was large enough for all my things. Thank you staff for making my trip enjoyable.

I notify Front desk that we will be checking in or around midnight and was told that they will send us an email late afternoon between 6-8pm with our room code n password. Then 8ish rolls around i kept calling the front desk like 10 times and no one pickup. Then right before i had to board someone finally pickup. I was so frustrated with them thinking we would be homeless for the night. We settle in around 1am and the next morning. I don’t know if it’s the same front desk lady but she was practically sitting there pretty much doing nothing. It just makes you wonder. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad customer service for real.
