In de weekenden leuke aanvulling door de DJ aan de pool, gebruik vd fietsen en de Hotel-auto ( weg breng service ), handdoek en bedjes aan de pool super geregeld.

Net hotel dat centraal ligt
Kamer met gedeeltelijk oceaanzicht op de 16e, stonk erg. Dit aangegeven en konden andere kamer krijgen op de 11e etage. Deze had echter geen mooi uitzicht dus werd ons een suite aangeboden zonder extra kosten. Deze had geen balkon zoals onze oorspronkelijk geboekte kamer, maar we waren er erg blij mee. Assistent front Office manager Dominique deed alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Evenals de conciërge toen we niet tevreden waren over de excursie naar de everglades. Werd keurig opgelost door het hotel. Absoluut pluspunt zijn de douchegelegenheden bij de fitnessruimte, waar je ook gebruik van kan maken als je op je vertrekdag je kamer niet meer hebt. Grote douches en zelfs een bubbelbad beschikbaar, zeep, shampoo alles erop en eraan. En het was fris en schoon toen we er om 15 uur s middags kwamen. Minpunten vind ik het schoonmaken en onderhoud van de kamers. Kapotte en vieze gordijnen, gele vlekken in het bad. Toiletbril aan het bladderen. Dat laatste wel aangeven en is vervangen. Schoonmaakploeg vergat regelmatig iets, te weinig handdoeken, geen nieuwe rol toiletpapier of 1 glas op een kamer voor 2. Daarnaast vond ik het ook niet netjes van een medewerkster aan de balie om ons voor een late check out 159 dollar te vragen. Dat vertrouwden we niets dus hebben later aan Dominique gevraagd hoe het zat en kregen wel een eerlijk antwoord. (Op de vertrekdag s ochtends contact opnemen met de receptie, indien plaats dan kan je tot 14 uur blijven in je kamer).

The problem with the short club is not Shore Club South itself It was the customer service rep at the desk she gave me a hard a time she insisted that my card didn’t work my friend used his American Express Card in she said it didn’t work, I asked for the manager I was told the manager was not there at the moment and was not available I calmly asked her to try my card again and my card worked after the forth time. The representative was very vague unpleasant and unattractive I feel that is why she dealt with me that way , I didn’t arrive to the hotel until 12 o’clock at night so I didn’t get the full experience of the hotel and or the way I was treated I really wish they would have credited me another night it was pretty expensive to be treated like trash I would say that the Hotel needs to improve the representation of their front desk and making sure that every employee has a pleasant up to code up to par uniform and self , at the very end I was charge for the mini bar which I didn’t use any of the items in the minibar my card was just overdraft for mini bar charges and none of the items from the minibar were used or consumed

The curtains don’t open and you can’t see the ocean. This hotel is full of fine print and I’m not joking watch my video of the bugs in roomt when we asked for more towels. We asked -@ 3 and they had none clean and at 6 the answer was the same. No towels for you.

Dårlig service på South Beach, Miami
Hotellet giver meget lidt valuta for en rimelig høj pris. Dårlig service, ignorant personale og adskellige mekanismer der ikke fungerede. På tords af flere henvendelser til personalet blev defekterne IKKE udbedret. Ydermere i disse Corona-tider var der INGEN tiltag som kunne modvirke evt smitte. Ingen håndsprit tilgængeligt, barer og restaurant var åben som hidtil. Men værst var at folk ved poolen fortsat fik lov til at ligge med 20-30 cm afstand uden tiltag til at begrænse mængden af folk eller udvide afstanden. Vi besluttede derfor IKKE at være i nærheden af dette område. Skal tilføje at vi var blevet nødt til at booke dette hotel inden vi kunne rejse tilbage til Danmark for at følge myndighedernes anbefaling. ALT I ALT = EN KÆMPE SKUFFELSE til næsten DKK 2.000 pr. døgn!

Luckily we didn’t stay at the property, but after evaluating the room I will never stay at this property. Please check your beds thoroughly. We found large blood stains on the sheets and even traces of bed bugs. Thankfully we left all our belongings at the door, and left before things could have been worse. In return, the staff was helpful getting our refund. The front desk staff is accommodating. Unfortunately, this establishment needs a uplift and needs to take care of these matters because it hasn’t been the first encounter for their guests. Very disappointed.

Upon checking in with my 3 year old daughter and friend, someone hurled a full can of beer from a top balcony that missed us by a step. It exploded so hard that it freaked out my daughter. Andre the manager was nice enough to upgrade us to a different tower so we didnt have to walk through the garden where the incident happen. In the wake of coronavirus their bathroom by the pool had no soap. I informed the bartender and waitstaff and sure enough went back to the bathroom 2 hours later where there still was no soap available to wash hands.

Everything was pretty good and we prefer SC to Royal Palm. The only thing I didn’t like was that when dining in the restaurant, the service was slow. I feel that it was related to the fact that the tip is already figured in.

The cleaniness was good. Very clean.. house keeping didnt provide us with washclothes 1 out of the 4 days we were there. The room seemed very small. I felt for the price we paid, the property was "saving" space and on toiletries.. But the staff were very friendly. The lobby had art all over the walls. Fridge seemed like it wasn't working. Fully stocked minibar and snacks but I was NOT going to pay 8 dollars for a bottle of water.

Gutes Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage. Location ist gut, Ausstattung einfach. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Restaurant. Man bezahlt über 30 Dollar Resortfee doch wenn man am Strand eine Liege nimmt und nicht in der Sonne verbrennen möchte muss man noch einmal 21 Dollar für einen Schirm zahlen.... Schirme sollten in der Resortfee inklusive sein.

Good, but missed potential
Overall, Shore Club was a solid choice for staying right on Miami Beach. Location was great--right on the beach; walkable to Lincoln Ave and Espanola Way. The pools and pool area were nice. Value was mediocre, understanding it is South Beach--reasonable prices at the pool bar would have made a significant improvement. The biggest frustrations were with the fire alarm testing inside and outside, which made relaxation a bit difficult. It woke us up at 8am on Friday and was ongoing for a full 15 minutes. There was also testing outside by the pool on a daily basis. It happens, but when you're paying ~$300 a night for a place, it's unfortunate. Lastly, the large jacuzzi by the second pool would have been a game changer on the two days that were unseasonably cold, but the heater was broken, which was a big let down. Made us not want to stay on the property to use the resort, despite paying $38 a day in resort fees on top of the regular room cost.

Clean, quiet and beautiful
The hotel was amazing. From the valet drivers to the front desk staff. Everyone was accommodating, friendly and helpful. I just wish I stayed a little longer so I could have used the pool. Will definitely consider this place next time I'm in South Beach. I was happy to see adults and couples versus families with lots of children running around (personal bonus)

The wifi in my room wasn't great. I kept losing connection and worked mainly out of the hotel lobby, etc. But the balcony view I had was really nice (towards the city) and everything else was really great.

Très bonne adresse
Hotel très bien placé avec une très belle et grande piscine avec accès direct sur la plage. Le valet car un peu cher 45$ par jour.
