At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. 'The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience.'

'The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference. '
