'My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.'

'Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.'

'Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. '

'They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously '

'I picked this spot because I wanted to take my son to visit Grand Valley State, and I also wanted something "fun" for my younger daughter. The Grand Castle was a hoot! And the unit was spotless, huge, and perfect for the three of us!'

'I needed a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. My days were packed so it was really just a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The unit had a completely functional kitchen and it was very clean. It’s an old building renovated into separate apartments, buts it’s very functional. Floors were uneven in places but that’s expected in such an old building. Bathroom was clean and there was great water pressure in the shower. I will stay here again.'

'My fiancé and I had a great time staying here! We took a long weekend off from work just to relax and explore the Traverse city area a bit. This was a great place to come home to after hiking and shopping around the city! We went in April when it was still a bit cold so, the hot tub was an amazing way to relax later in the evening.'

We loved the convenience to the beach (and those gorgeous Michigan sunsets), and we loved the cute coffee shop and tavern right near by. New buffalo was just a few miles and we enjoyed exploring there too. We plan to come back! Thank you.'

'My husband and I went on a last minute weekend trip to Saugatuck. Found this little apartment to be very clean and comfortable! It feels even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Ample space for 2 or even 4! Plenty of linens, towels, and well appointed kitchenette. Right in the heart of downtown with river views. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great find.'

'We've stayed here twice and it's really wonderful. The listing is very accurate. The space is comfortable and well set up for guests. I made a few suggestions after our first visit, and those were implemented before we came for our second visit. Hosts are great and attentive, and the unit is in a quiet area. Highly recommend.'
