We gave this place a second chance. The first time there was no hot water. The TV didn't work. My parents are elderly, and the second time we came here the heater didn't work, and it was a cold night.

absolutely horrible place to stay, if you like crackhouses this is your place to stay! A crackhouse hotel that looks like it’s never been cleaned! Poor management, sheets were dirty when we arrived, towels are disgustingly stained, asked them to change our sheets while we were out today and nothing but “clean towels” were in the restroom. Will never stay at a red roof again worst hotel experience of my life.

When I checked in they have you sign a no smoking agreement that’s fine but don’t have the lobby smell like weed and tell me if you smoke in the room you’ll get charged $250. When I got into my room it wasn’t clean the sheets smelled, there was no towels and no toilet paper. Very disappointed

Dog friendly. Staff is extremely nice to our dogs whereas before they have been disrespected by people so its nice to stay here with respect not only to us but our fur babies!! The staff is out of this world!! The best!! Kamilla (hope i spelt her name right) is one of the VERY best.. I will definitely recommend Red Roof Inn and Suites Midland Tx. I actually feel safe here and thats a us on my part. Keep up the good work!! The rooms are clean. I love the tub.. Awesome place!!

We had reservation and come to find out they had been closed due to water pipe breakage. No one informed us and it was late and has a hard time finding another motel at that time of night. They had a note on door and wouldn't even open door to talk to me. There was 4 people inside and just looked at me.

Staff here was nice and it made for a quick check in. Welcomed our pets and didn't charge extra for them. That was a big deal as we have two Sphynx cats. Many places that say pet friendly will only allow dogs. Cats are pets too. If you want a decent and affordable place to stay. I would recommend this.

THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. THERE WAS HAIR IN THE BED. SHEETS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS WERE STAINED. BATHROOM DID NOT LOOK CLEAN. THE COUCH AND CHAIR HAD FOOD ALL OVER THEM. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. THE TOWELS WERE ALL STAINED WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKE GREASE.

The rate was very good but the hotel is not kept up and not clean as it I am used to in a hotel. Hotel is locked down from 11pm to 7 am and security all night for safety of area hotel is located. Check in was good but will not go back.

Door was open to my room when i got there. There was hair in my bed and sheets were dirty. There was hair in the floor in bathroom and hair onnthe shower walls. Didnt say anything because it was so late and i was tired.

The front desk Manager went out of her way for my comfort and security. Even jotted down delivery food number and helped with expediting the order. Ashley who is Housekeeping helped me with an issue with oil in my car, she also assisted the following morning with helping me. Amazing customer service!!!!!!
