Hotels met restaurant in Midtown

'We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more...

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'
