'The property is under renovation and we were not informed of this. No restaurant in the hotel, the "breakfast room" was make-shift. We opted out of breakfast because of this. In room coffee options need better attention and updates. Mine were tea instead of coffee. these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time.'

'The Marriot from check in to check out was top notch. Ricky checked me in and was by far the most pleasant, helpful, and accommodating of any concierge I’ve ever encountered. Great stay!'

'The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good.'

'The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'
