'I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin.'

'I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. 'We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. 'Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. '
