'Cozy cottage that is convenient to I-75 and US23. Stayed here while visiting family in the area and found the cottage to be everything we needed including dog friendly.'

'Overall the house and property was great, the neighbors have signs all over that are "against VRBO" and one of them called the cops on us because our boat was "impeding traffic" even though it clearly was not (the neighbors mailbox stuck out further than the boat!). There is also no place to turn around a boat and truck so we had to back down the whole road. We made it work though and really enjoyed the house and property.'

'Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture'

'We came in from Chicago to attend a baptism. The location could not have been better. It was a three minute drive to my family and 5 minutes to the church. The house was wonderful and perfect for our group. It was my husband and I and two of our children. Everyone got their own room and a tv with streaming in each room. 'This is an older home ON the lake. It is an open floor plan and can view the lake from one end of the sectional. The kitchen was fully equiped with some seasonings. 'This property is stunning! We had plenty of room for our group of 8. The property was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go in Toledo. The West End is an up and coming neighborhood, with many properties in revitalization. I would recommend staying here if you have a larger group.'
