'Loved staying at this sweet spot in Mineral! The place was cozy, clean, and well appointed. Especially appreciated the cast iron pan! Lots of fun things to do all around and loved how close it was to Lassen. Would definitely come again.'

'Tony was super helpful and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better host. The cabin was beautiful, the location was excellent, and our weather was perfect. Only reason for four stars on the description is that we were all just a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub, since the house overview had it marked, but on reading the description more carefully, we saw they were just referring to the bath tub downstairs.'

'The area is beautiful, very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Only a few miles from the park entrance and surrounded by nature. The accommodations were wonderful, easy in and out, well appointed kitchen, the large room upstairs was spread out and great for us, the kids and mother in law. Host’s reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything. All around great experience.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and everything we needed. Tv and wi-fi were great. Loved the fenced backyard, fire pit and little area down by the creek. Great fishing at McCumber lake. Would recommend to everyone. Will come back again.'

'We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗'

'We stayed 2 nights. Arrived in a snow flurry. The host had heated the place so it was warm and cozy. It is a small apartment above Ron Martin realty. Dianne is the host and is the most kind accommodating person you could hope for. The place has a cabin feel with a living room, 2 bedrooms, a small efficiency kitchen area and a large bath. There are TVs in each bedroom and the living area. the living area has 2 couches and an easy chair. We definitely will stay here again given the opportunity.'

'We spent the Memorial Day weekend at Erica’s cottage the second year in a row. It is still as wonderful as it was last year. We had great time in Lassen National Park, there is plenty to see and do. This cottage is a great place to be your starting point to your visit at the park. It has everything you’d need for your stay. I hope we’ll be back soon!'

'This is an amazing property and home! We loved how kid friendly it is and even though we didn’t bring our dogs they had so many extras for fur babies as well. Home owner was very nice and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!'

'Our group had an excellent stay! Everything was just as described. We enjoyed the hammocks in the backyard, the large selection of games and puzzles, the variety of room setups, and if we hadn’t been so tired from our travels, I’m sure the fire pit was amazing! If you have a baby that is mobile, the stairs are a bit treacherous. I wish we had brought a baby gate but didn’t expect one to be provided. Would definitely stay again!'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep is so important on vacation and all the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed a week of quilting, shopping at a great quilt shop in Susanville, visiting breathtaking Mt Lassen Park and Burney Falls. We hope to return next year to explore more of the area.'
