Due to a missed connection at MSP, I needed to find overnight accommodations on the fly and close to the airport, as my new flight was leaving early the next morning. The ride to and from the hotel was short, check-in at the front desk was a breeze, the bed felt heavenly after a long and frustrating day flying cross country, and breakfast in the morning had varied and delicious selections. I am very pleased with my choice made with little notice.

We stayed at this airport simply because it was a quick drive to the airport for our early morning flight. The beds were comfortable, decent room. A little noisy in the halls- which is to be expected.

The check in time is at 3 pm and they didn’t gave the room until 4:30 pm the room window is blocked by the entrance rain shield, the beddings are very old not comfortable at all and we were hearing the snores from the room next to us and the yelling from the hallway. It’s very disappointing that hampton inn has hotels like this one.

Our overall experience with Hampton was poor to average. The hotel has signs in the room stating that they will clean your room every other day during your stay, which is fine, if they do it at all!?!? We stayed for 4 nights, not once was our room cleaned for basic necessities like garbage, towels and toilet paper. After 2 nights, I had to inquire with the front desk about where to put our filled garbage cans, request extra toilet paper and more towels on several occasions. The front desk said they would put in a request to have our room cleaned after I asked on night 3 but it never happened and when asked at the checkout how our stay made excuses of why it wasn’t done. No I wasn’t in my room when someone knocked and yes the do not disturb sign was on the inside. No real apologies and frustrated that we had to service our own room. Just insincere and inhospitable. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns, and will again mainly due to loyalty program and free breakfast, but was overall agitated that this occurred and was dismissive about it.

Very close to shopping. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Breakfast was nice good variety for the weekend we stayed. Kids enjoyed the pool but was very small, did not look big like the picture. I was disappointed that the hot tub was completely out of order ( was demolished). Gym had lots of machines that kinda worked but no free weights only 40 lbs available, not a lot of floor space, 3 different medicine balls. First night fridge seemed to be loud at night, could hear other floors flush, room was kinda cold even though we turned the heat up. Overall it was ok I would stay again.

The manager was outstanding and very helpful when we had a smoke detector chirping at midnight. The overall stay besides that was outstanding staff very polite and helpful

I was bitten by a bedbug in the middle of the night during my 1 night stay. I had no choice but to check out from the hotel in the middle of the night, and now Expedia and the hotel are denying my refund claim. Why should I pay for a night I did not stay in the hotel due to unsafe conditions? Bedbugs are hard to get rid of and travel easily. You' think a hotel near a major airport would be more aware of the situation this country has faced for YEARS and be more understanding.

I called as soon as I arrived and got my bags at the airport and they asked me a few questions. Gave me directions in the shuttle. There in less than 10 minutes. Was easy to book my shuttle ride back. Room was large and quiet so I was good. Would stay here again if our transiting MSP airport
