'Check in was easy and staff was super friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue i had was the bathroom sink and shower drains were very slow and took a long time to drain.'

'We were disappointed that we booked an accessible room, and it showed online that we would have a walk in shower. When we got to the room. Discovered it had a bath tub. We asked to be moved but then would have had to go down in bed size, so decided to try to work around having a bathtub to keep the larger bed.
