'The only downside was how little time we had at this wonderful place. Everything was clean, the property has everything you need. The neighbors were super kind. The yard was perfect for our pups. We will definitely try to rebook next time we have some time off.'

'Even though this is an apartment the neighbors are pretty quite and not disruptive. It’s bigger than expected with a large living area. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. All the appliances are very new and very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Furniture was comfortable too. Landlord communicated fast and well through text. We had an unexpected late checkout and that wasn’t a problem at all. Would book again if I’m in the area'

'This was the first time my youngest got to go kayaking, we had so much fun staying in your home. I didn't hear any complaints the entire stay. All the kids enjoyed the dock,and watching the sunrise and set over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We look forward to staying again here sometime in the summer.'

This house provided everything needed. This was my first time renting this way. It will not be my last. We had much more space than we would ever have had at a hotel and it was also less expensive. 'We enjoyed location. Teens enjoyed loft upstairs and separate space with their own full bathroom. Be prepared no closets. Should get rack in laundry room or rooms. We were 8 people in town for wedding and events with no where to hang multiple days of nice clothing. Other than that, home was great, backyard enjoyable and peaceful, stones throw from amazing Italian restaurant, quick walk to coffee shop diner and Krispy Kreme and 5 min drive from downtown which is where all our events took place....

'This property is a little on the older side and is showing its age, but it was very clean and comfortable. This is a townhouse with shared walls on either side, but that was not a problem for us. We traveled with our dogs, so the private fenced back yard was great to have. The neighborhood seems cozy and safe. Jessica was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come back!'

'This quaint older home met our needs well for a weekend with my PCC grandchildren. The location was convenient to anywhere in Pensacola we wished to go. The house itself was clean and nicely decorated. The small kitchen was nicely equipped for meal prep. Our host was quick to respond when we needed information. Parking on the yard felt a bit strange but it worked fine for our 2 vehicles.'

'Wet stayed here to be closer to family for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, spacious, and offered everything we would need. Plenty of towels and soaps in the bathrooms, extra blankets in the bedrooms, and even a closet with beach towels and chairs in case you plan on hitting the beach (which we recommend!) The yard, while not entirely fenced in, provided plenty of fenced yard for us to feel safe taking the dog in the back yard at night. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful, and close to...

'I love everything about the Tree House, my family loved it too! This is our second time staying here, the neighborhood is so peaceful, the view is peaceful and it’s always a great time! Feeding the fish was my kids favorite part to watch. We’ll stay here everytime if it’s available !'

We also wanted to get a feel for East Hill as a potential relocation, and this was a great property to meet all those needs.
