'We had a good time. Our stay was not about the rental, just a bed to sleep in. It was fun in the fact that it was such a small space with everything but a couch and a t.v. Only complaints were it was hot up in lofty area, no air and then the dog scared the bageebers out of us on our way out. But had all things needed for a short stay:)'

'Overall the view, the yard and hot tub made up for the little things. We spent most our weekend out on the deck and noticed it needs some TLC. Our 1 year old got splinters and scraped up and the board right when your about to enter the house is broken. We were really disappointed that the path down to the river is overgrown and you have to crawl over branches. There is ac in the main house in bedroom which was nice. But unfortunately there were spiders everywhere inside and dead bugs and cobwebs...

'Our family had a great time here over Memorial Day weekend. It rained most of the time, but we pumped up the SUPs we brought and bundled up to use them each day during the windows between rain showers. The house is well stocked with books and board games, which we enjoyed playing together & unplugged from the screens.'

'My husband and I stayed at the Ballard Sunset Hill Guest House for 2 nights during our anniversary trip. The home was exactly as described and perfect for us! The hosts were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. They were happy to provide recommendations to us, which we took and were very happy with! They also provide a guide when staying that has tons of helpful information including hand drawn maps of neighborhoods around the area. We had a lovely time!'

'We were their for my grandson's graduation. The VRBO was basically just a place to sleep. It was very adequate for our purpose and although we did not cook their it was well appointed for that purpose. We were quite comfortable there and I liked seeing the ferries come and go.'
