Dear Mr. Bernd, thank your for the review. I am sad you found the experience overall only sufficient. I will certainly make treasure of your comments passing the message to the property to find a solution for external tables, still not available. It is true that the 3km of gravel road requires heart to be tackled, but I think the patience pays off. We have been open since 2019 and despite the 2 unfortunate years we faced, we have kept hiring workers in a vision of growing in all departments. This year has been very challenging hiring professionals, but I must admit we found good people helping. I am sure they must grow up, but I think we are in the right way. I am sorry you wouldn't consider to come back, because I would be glad if you gave us another chance.

I'd like to apologize for any lack we had in the housekeeping service and if my 2y son bothered you during the dinner, (it's a long hair, playful toddler). For the readers I can assure that was a single episode of a off-work dinner with family and friends. Normally the restaurant is very quite. I hope you want to accept the excuses and give us another chance.

Gentile Alessio, ho condiviso con tutti i colleghi la generosa recensione e la Sua giusta osservazione sulla mancanza dei servizi necessari in una struttura come la nostra. Come vi raccontavo al check-out, in effetti abbiamo bloccato le assunzioni che erano invece previste con la riapertura del Relais dopo la pausa invernale. E' stata l'incertezza generale che non ci ha permesso di osare, abbiamo preferito continuare a lavorare ai ritmi del 2019 (anno di apertura). Ci dispiace molto perché per quest'anno avevamo in mente molto di più. La ringrazio per i consigli e la menzione personale, spero vogliate tornare a trovarci.
