The house was immaculate, much cleaner than many hotels I've used. And it just has so much room. Also a kids room with games and hangout space. 2 living areas and large dining room Well stocked kitchen. Location was nice and outside space was beautiful. So what didn't go well. To the owner - you need to get an electrician into the house to check outlets and switches. Many did not appear to work and lights did not...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Bayou Chalet. We came with 2 Dads and our 2 sons for a 4 day ski race at Mt. Ellen at Sugarbush. The house was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and a great mud room for all of our gear. We were very close to both mountain bases and a short drive to Waitsfield. John the owner was super responsive and kept checking in to make sure we were having a good time. We all said that we loved the place and would definitely come back!'

'Myself and 8 of my closest friends and family stayed at Kyle and Alexa’s beautiful Stowe chalet! It was a beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more! It is truly the ideal getaway house. The location was perfect! We were never traveling more than 10 minutes to get to town, a brewery, a mountain resort, etc. the only thing we’d recommend, being in a house full of girls, is a full body mirror somewhere! We all hope to make it back to Stowe some day and would LOVE to stay in their home...

'Location is good close to ben en Jerry's factory and Stowe. Interior is old and smells stuffy and humid. Matresses are covered with plastic and are very uncomfortable. Owners live on the premisses and are helpful. '
