On day 1, around 1 am the AC System broke and was making too much noise letting my family unable to sleep. I went downstairs with the issue and the recepotinist named YASIR was so rude that he refused to change my room and said "Just plug it out, that's it! it's common sense". That were his exact words. Is this how you talk with your customers? Do you try to tell your customers that they are stupid? Do you think of yourself as oversmart?.
As a solution, he just offered the temporary transportable small heater and my family and me had to sleep in that same room in that cold without any air circulation and with that small heater which was not hetaing the enitre place properly.
It was a very uncomfortable experience and that guy YASIR seriously neither have any respect for customers nor he talks properly. Forget having a solution to the problem.
