The room is very clean, staff is very nice. The building is kinda old but it was well maintained. It was very close to shopping and dining but the street was amazingly quiet. The only thing I found strange is you need to keep 2 separate card keys, one specifically for the elevator and one for your room. Other than that I think it’s a good hotel choice.

Le Novotel est mon premier choix lorsque je vais à Montréal. Tout a toujours été parfait, emplacement, propreté et comfort. Je donne une note un peu plus basse cette fois car le lavabo était bloqué et le tapis ne semblait pas très propre. Je vais quand même y retourner car j’aime cet hôtel.

The hotel room had no free water, no slippers. The garbage can in the bathroom was broken. I had to notify the reception twice before they replaced it. On the other hand wifi was free and fast.

I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Bell Center, which was barely a 5 minute walk. Great central location downtown, lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of parking garages close to the hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. The view wasn't the best from my particular room as it overlooked a dirty alleyway, but that wouldn't hinder me from booking here again in the future.

Im gave this a 5 star rating. Price, clean in a great location. Weekend trip based around a Habs game. Everything walking distances including arena, bars and restaurants.fifth time staying here and will return.

I stay here each time i go to Montréal for hockey games. Its a short walk to the Bell Centre and a close walk to shopping on Sainte Catherine street. Hotel rooms are cleen and beautiful. Staff are very friendly!!
