Upon check in they were extremely rude. Lady at desk mentioned that due to booking thru Expedia “there was more to process” not really sure what that meant BUT it seemed to me that i was not going to get the same treatment as “others” that purchased their rooms directly thru them. Next day for breakfast, they ONLY had 2 “COLD” bisquits with gravy (no flavor probably from a store bought pouch) and 1 egg. We were 2, so they did make an additional 2 eggs that were sunny side up and never bothered to ask if i liked them that way since my preference is scrambled. The breakfast “upgrade” was $10 per person so when we asked if they had any bacon or sausage, the lady said “this is all we have for breakfast.” Again in a very rude tone of voice. Honestly i would have paid more for better service. I did notice a few other hotels much nicer so i do NOT recommend this place due to the bad and rude service from staff. Stay away!!
