'Our group of 10 ranged in age from 13 to 94! This was the perfect property to allow for togetherness, family meals and games as well as late night pool and darts competitions. The location is close to a lot of things; one couple in our group even took a day trip to San Diego! Sam was an accommodating and gracious host. 'This was a really good vacation. The house was clean and check in/out was super easy. The communication with the owner was very easy. If we needed the hot tub turned on we just text him. You are expected to be an unseen and unheard guest in their home, and you can hear them from the other side of the wall, not giving you the same common courtesy of being quiet and courteous.
