Female front desk is rude. Morning front desk seemed annoyed when we asked about the breakfast. Very short with us. No customer service skills. Evening front desk also seemed annoyed with our presence. We were with a group friends who also stay at the hotel. We were hanging out in the lobby seating area so we wouldn’t disturb anyone. We got loud once because of laughter. The front desk clerk at us like we’re children. Saying she got complaints. But yet she was the loud talking on the phone. Left very racial to me.

We called ahead to see if we could check in early and were able to get in even though the rooms were sold out the previous night. It was great because we were in town for a soccer tournament and didn’t want to leave out stuff in the car.

The property (room and lobby) were wonderful. A couple of things were concerning. We stayed at this hotel with multiple soccer teams. The fact that there is one washing machine and one dryer in the guest laundry is inadequate. Additionally, there is one elevator and twice we heard a very loud boom like the elevator was going to fall or open between floors. When reported, the hotel staff said they were aware of it and had called to have it serviced.

I stayed over the weekend, and i was charged 250.00 for damages and when i called to ask what for they explained for coffee stains and cigarettes, however i had not smoked or drank coffee that day. I called back and spoke with scott who said he would email the proof to me which i never recieved. I tried calling back again the previous day, and was told he was in a meeting all day. Call back again the next day and was told he was still in a meeting. I told them id call my bank to dispute if they didnt call back by the time my bank closes and they finally called. Spoke with natalie and she told me she took the pics and it was NOT for my room! They charged me accidentally. I also paid through expedia but was still charged 159.63 through their site. They are very untrustworthy and the staff is very unprofessional.

Good place to stay in Morgan Hill. Would recommend getting the breakfast if it’s included in the hotel price, but not separately, as it’s pretty overpriced for what you get.

We went into our supposedly clean room and there were old french fries and lettuce sitting on the sofa and around the sofa. There weren’t any sheets on the pull-out sofa. Just a dirty mattress that when you laid down on it you fell in a huge dip in the middle. The doors had dirt from peoples hands. At night there was what sounded like a toddler running back and forth above us and outside there were people yelling and screaming. The cars were very loud around the hotel as well. We were also right next to a side entrance door that would slam every time someone went through it which we could hear perfectly in our room. We got no sleep and it was dirty. We will never stay there again.

The Desk Staff and Housekeeping, we’re great. My wife was ill and they were able to get us an early check in so she wasn’t stuck in the car.
