'The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.'

'The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door...

We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are...

'The cottage was lovely and absolutely spotless inside! Nice amenities, such as hot tub, kitchen appliances and even many spices. Decor very appealing. Only two concerns: couch and chair in front room low and difficult to ruse from; front and back patio needed a good sweeping. All told I would definitely recommend to friends 😘'

'Very clean and cozy. We would stay there again. Only issue we had was an icy and very slippery walkway by the front and back doors due to the snow melting off the roof and freezing up overnight.'

'I was super excited to get to this property and relax, with my family of 8. When we arrived, we couldn’t park because there was snow covering the driveway, so we had to park in the street(which isn’t allowed) while we shoveled the snow out with the one snow shovel there was, which was super inconvenient because it was wobbly, and we have babies! When we finally got inside, the floors were messy(not vacuumed) and there were water bottles from previous guests. Makes me think, did they even clean?...

'This location made it convenient to visit the Grand Canyon to our north and multiple hikes in the Sedona area to our south. Quiet neighborhood close to all the amenities of Flagstaff too. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We encountered an issue when we first arrived but the owner was VERY prompt in responding and it was resolved quickly. Communication was easy and readily available. I would consider staying here again when visiting the area.'
