'Enjoyed our ten day stay near downtown Newburgh. The house has been beautifully updated and decorated with touches of when it was built. Gorgeous kitchen furnished with many small appliances and anything you might need. Nice comfortable beds. Proximity to walking to restaurants and the river walk was perfect. 'The property was as advertised? Clean and charming 1950's ranch in the country. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, turkey, deer, blue birds, and a quick look at a ground hog. It was perfectly quiet and just relaxing, but very close to Downtown, restaurants, Angel Mounds, and grocery store. It was all we needed to celebrate my Husband's 60th and view the Solar eclipse.'

'Everything was nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. I was able to relax and enjoy watching tv while my husband was working during the day. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is that there was a used bath cloth left in the bathroom and there was hair on the bathroom walls and in the shower. 'This is our second stay here. The first time was 2 years ago, and there have been some updates. Freshly painted wall in living room and the queen guest room, for starters. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. We would stay here again next year!'
