'Proximity to Monarch Ski area and pass was very convenient. Hot tub was nice to come back to after skiing. The art and decor was local history and unique. We used the small kitchen and enjoyed the use of the stove, oven and microwave. pots and utensils to cook for four. The bunk beds in the hall were firm, but good for smaller children.'

'This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend of skiing at Monarch. The unit had all we needed, was cozy and comfortable, and located within just a few minutes walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The communications were very clear and helpful. Just the right amount too! We will stay here again when we visit Salida.'

'Little Wren worked really well as a base of operations for our family trip (2 adults, two kids 9 & 13, and a dog) to Salida over spring break. The location was convenient for accessing Monarch, and even getting up Leadville and Ski Cooper wasn’t too bad.'

'Loved this historical factor and the details of the room. Very comfortable beside having to deal with the temperature it was fairly warm throughout the night and we were unable to to get the system to cool off the room. Everything else was super. We would definitely stay there again!!'
