'Everything was good from check in to check out. Manager was great assisting us with extending our stay as requested. My wife and I along with my 87 year old mother-in-law were down for my brother-in-law whom was in he local HCA Brandon hospital. Very convenient to hospital . Only complaint was when folks rented the upstairs condo. The noise from their morning and evening activity transferred down through our ground floor ceiling very loudly. 'Condo was great, exactly as described. It’s a great setup for 2 sets of couples. We were disappointed the pools were not cleaned and ready to use. They had leaves and needed vacuumed. Traffic noise was an adjustment to get used to in order to sleep. Easy check-in and nice condo.'

'First the positives. The interior of the condo is exactly as pictured online. No surprises there. It was immaculately cleaned, no corners cut. The management was very accessible and the check-in process was very easy and efficient. The negatives. There is no elevator access to this condo. This should be stated in the description. My daughter and I had no problem getting up the steps with our luggage, but if you have any physical limitations, senior, or in a wheelchair you would be out of luck....

'Can't say enough about the property itself. Innkeeper didn't miss a trick. Thought of practically everything to supply it with as well. Saved me multiple trips to the stores which btw are very near by. Pool was off season and being worked on so can't rate the waves for you but it definitely is just a short walk away. Now the Innkeeper herself was SuperChill and easy to work with. She's quick on the reply too .. Overall 5* experience.. Go for it !'

The downside is the supples provided. I couldn’t find any extra trash bags then the one in the trash can at arrival.
