IBIS Airport Mumbai - 1 night stay
Very good hotel for a good price. Rooms are clean with hot shower, double beds, big mirror, in room safe, minibar, telephone, bedight, AC, secure door with card. The hotel has a comfortable lobby, restaurant and all of the staff speak good english.

Het Ibis Mombai hotel, direct bij de luchthaven.
Een oase in het hectische Mumbai. Het hotel is perfect geisoleerd van alle geluiden, zodat van een ongestoorde nachtrust genoten kan worden.
Alle vorziening zijn op "europees" niveau.
De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden liggen wat verder verwijderd.

Only location near the airport is a plus point, rest they call themselves an economical hotel but charge 3000 for normal one time food. Room was too small and only queen size bed available. Not worth for 10k per night. Should have chosen another property.

It’s an average experience compared to Holiday Inn Express, primarily because of multiple small issues and staff attitude. For example, my key card didn’t work even after changing it 3 times, the fire alarm in the lobby kept going off, zero amenities in the room (have to call HK for everything) and most importantly a lady staff during breakfast said that they can’t serve me plain paratha and I should eat the aloo paratha in the buffet! Once I discussed this with the duty manager, I got great plain parathas!

Last stop during our India visit.
Very convenient for international travelers. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel storage for a few days while we traveled to Maldives for few days. Hotel’s transport service to T2 terminal was convenient.
Breakfast buffet was OK with limited selections.

Ibis is a basic brand with Amtrak style fabricated bathrooms. However the staff at ibis (in general) is poorly trained when it comes to customer service and is of very poor caliber. The food quality is also poor. For the rates they charge (which are way above any budget hotel) the general amenities are dismal. It’s an ok hotel for a night or two if you are on a pinch.

Stayed for 4 days. The location was great. The rooms were smaller than I expected. The twin beds were a little too small. At first I thought that that was the standard in the city but then I moved into this hotel after spending a night in Mirador thinking this would be an upgrade (purely based on the about 40% higher price I paid). Not so. In my opinion, Mirador was a lot better in terms of service, breakfast options and the room size/comfort. But then, I noticed a constant stream of customers moving in and out. So, I guess the hotel is doing okay despite my observations.

This was our last day of a two week tour, and the only hotel where we were disappointed. The shower cubicle was dirty with lots of black hair visible. We ordered three items together from the menu to find two of three were not available, then the three items we chose arrived with long gaps (~15mins), first item was cold before the last arrived. To top it all we left the next morning with terrible stomach problems (we had no such problem at any other place we stayed). All this for ~£100 per night was not the standard I expect of an Accor group hotel.

We had a very nice stay during recent layover. the hotel provided complementary transport from T1 terminal as well as early checkin upon request. Food options were more than adequate at their inhouse spice-it restaurant and service at the restaurant was excellent.

The room was very neat & tidy. Although it is located close to the main road, there was hardly any noise.
The front desk need to understand handling customers in an orderly manner. A family that arrived after me were given priority without even checking with me. They were not Accor members but no one cared to follow a system.
