This was our second time at Residency Sarovar Portico Mumbai. It’s a great and clean property but what stands out is the staff friendliness, co-operation and their willingness to go beyond for you. Our breakfast was arranged at 6:30 am as we had to leave early for the two days.

Ac did not work, allotted different room after but each time we called reception did not respond. For everything we had to go personally to reception as they will never answer any calls. 3 people at desk not helpful and very rude to my father. They also did not care how many times you go, they give you same answer and upon saying that will leave a review. The manager said, do as you please. Such a shame, this was disrespectful and hopeless experience

After reading online reviews I booked a room in this hotel, in Nov-2019. The room was fine and the bathroom was also pretty clean. However was not able to sleep whole night due to Air-Conditioner stopping every 30 minutes. I called the front desk two times to get the issue fixed, but no resolution. Hotel did not had courtesy to say sorry and give me another room with functional ameneties. I will not come to this hotel in future. Very bad experience.

I have stayed here many times. Always service is very good. Very friendly staff including reception,restaurant,porter and housekeeping. Always clean room, bathroom,linen and towels. In particular we would like to give credit to Raziay and Tabassum, housekeeping staff.

Good place to stay.
I truly do not have anything bad to say about this hotel. I have given most of my ratings as good and excellent. It meets my expectations in most ways. Staffs are friendly and service oriented. It is quite conveniently located near to two malls. It is off the main street so you can enjoy the quietness except for the occasional faint prayers from nearby mosque but nothing too disturbing though.

Room small but nothing terrible. Simple breakfast.
The rooms are a little tide, but its fine to sleep. The hotel is located 1 hour from the south part of the city(Churchgate Train Station) around 500 rupies by uber. The breakfast is simple for continental preferences, 80% indian food.

沐浴露需要自己打电话要;三晚出现三四次突然停电(房间里的电路问题),门卡需要插拔很多次才能取电;wifi体验不好,登录方式不方便;早餐种类偏少。
