Zeer mooie en nette hotel. vriendelijk personeel en zeer goed gemotiveerd.niks is voor hun te veel. Front office bar keuken en bij het ontbijt stonden ze altijd voor je klaar. mooie en schone zwembad. goeie en echt lekker eten in het restaurant. kortom ze moet dit hotel zeker een keer bezoeken. Mooie en schone kamers die 2 keer per dag worden schoon gemaakt. Airport service , kortom alles is bij hun perfect geregeld. Al het personeel begroeten jou heel vriendelijk en helpen jou graag met van alles. Alles op en top geregeld. Echt een uitstekend hotel om te relaxen eten en drinken

I stayed for almost a week here. Property is large and well maintained. Room is quiet. Staff is what made all the difference though. Lokesh, Illy, Chand et al were always attentive. Even when they didn’t get something right first time, they were willing to redo it. Breakfast was delicious. I used the gym which had new equipment. I will stay here again. If I were to nitpick, WiFi was weak inside room, restaurant ushers were too stubborn in meeting my request for a window table (even though one was always available and I have a phobia), elevator key card reader was faulty. Everything else was excellent.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at, and i travel often. The staff!—what can i say?— Every single member of the staff that I interacted with—and the staff is large and always around—every single one was super helpful and super friendly and super professional. They were more than excellent. I will stay here every time i come to Mumbai and i will recommend it to anyone and all my friends. I could talk for a whole other paragraph about the facilities, because they are beautiful and even exquisite in ways.

I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff.

Very good location for the airport. It is however style over substance. Our VIP amenity caused so much trouble - each time we wanted to use our discount we had to go to reception and they had to work it out manually. This was the last night of our holiday and it meant we spent half of it queuing at reception. However it was the room which was really poor. We did not notice until we went to bed but some one had obviously vomited all over the wall next to the bed and it had not been clean properly. There were splashes all over the wall. The toilet lid also had splashed all over it - disgusting! The phone didn’t work and so we couldn’t call reception. As we had got ready for bed we couldn’t face going back to reception so had to live with it!!! Avoid this hotel

A haven of peace and quiet in a bustling City ! Stand out feature are the 11 acres of gardens and a well designed pool. Rooms overlooking pool are strongly recommended - high floor as always. Pool area at this hotel is well designed - no noise or excessive child activity / noise .

A wonderful place to stay
It was a lovely trip to India and Leela Mumbai made it that much better. The service was wonderful, the rooms are so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I'll definitely be back!
