We stayed three days and there was no housekeeping service at any time. our room was never serviced, no supplies, no towels, nothing. When I asked about the lack of housekeeping, I was told there were only two housekeepers on duty that day. There were only 10 cars in the parking lot so I find it difficult to believe no one had time to drop off fresh towels and toilet tissue. There were other maintenance issues with the room like the refrigerator wouldn't close because of ice build up in the freezer and the tub faucet was so loose, we were afraid to turn the shower knob for fear it would fall off. When we brought the refrigerator issue to the attention of the one attendant we could find, we were told to just leave the door open and let it melt off. Needless to stay we will not be staying at this property again, nor at any Wyndham property if this is their standard of operation.

The property was not maintained at all. It looks nothing like the pictures online. There was a huge pile of dog feces in the lobby, there were holes in the doors and walls, the sheets were stained, the lights were missing covers, the outlets in the room were loose and did not function properly, the outer doors did not lock so anyone could enter the hallways leaving it very unsafe. The pool and workout rooms were closed due to renovation but no work was being done. The breakfast was very lacking and limited choices and the breakfast room seemed tight and unclean. The front desk clerk was very nice, but overall the hotel experience was poor and I will never stay at a Baymont again, nor would I recommend anyone stay at this particular hotel.

Property listed online very deceptive. The building and rooms are old and have a weird old smell to them. Definitely will not stay at a Wyndham again if I can help it. Was there two nights and each day there was a complaint, from customers, the staff was nice but didn’t know anything about management or how to assist the customers and referred them to Google.

room was unsatisfactory. upon initial inspection toilet was clogged and spot in the wall that had a hole was black on the inside and appeared to be moldy. went to the front desk to get a plunger, found somebody in the hall who could help. after plunging the toilet walked around to inspect the rest of the building and decided to checkout due to lack of amenities listed when booked and unsatisfactory room. stood at the front desk waiting for 45 min - a hour waiting on somebody to show up. tried calling and using pager, nothing worked. some guests waiting to check in left.

If i hadn't of been exhausted with the worst headache ever, i would have went and found other accommodations. Filthy, remote was gross, with food on it. There was something sticky all over the carpet with the walls and pictures being covered in the same. You could clearly see blood stains on the matress, but luckily I carry my own bedding.. the chair was broke so there was no place to actually sit. I ended up sleeping a few hours and then left.

The room had broken/missing towel bars, no hand towels, torn bath towels, limited outlets in convenient locations, the mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Good service (they got us hot water for our French press two days in a row) and a comfortable bed. However, there were spots of mismatched paint on the wall; scratches on doors/walls; and various metal and wooden surfaces that are old and fading in quality. The refrigerator was so loud we had to turn it off at night, and whatever the default setting was froze our beverages. The pool looked fine from the outside but we were told it wasn't working. The external door in one wing of the building is not secure. Soap/shampoo supplies are tiny and towels are old. No covers on the drains. Even though technically the shower was clean, the overall condition made us not want to take showers during our stay.

This was the dirtiest, stinking property I’ve ever seen. One is greeted at the main entrance by some horrible smell, followed by a completely different smell in the lobby, and the by the smell of old cigarette smoke down the hallway. Pillows were old and flat and wrapped in a yellowing case. Room had the shower curtain hanging by a thread- one touch and down it goes. The tissue dispenser was stainless steel, but filthy on the outside. The heating units was dirty with stains, crumbs and dust. Flooring in the room was stained. It was so bad that we didn’t even stay despite paying for it. I really would like to have my money back! My advice- don’t waste your money or your time even thinking about it.

We showed up and saw hundreds of old cigarette butts in the parking lot. Then went in to witness several men drinking 30 racks of Keystone lights in the middle of the lobby. We then witnessed an aggravated hotel guest demanding another room because of how gross and disgusting his room was. At that point we made the decision to cancel our stay. Then only positive thing was the hotel staff working. She was very nice in the whole situation, but you could tell that she has dealt with this same situation plenty of times before. I would not recommend this hotel to any sane person.

Terrible
Not so good experience..the rooms were dirty. The bathtub was filled with body hair and the refrigerator was nasty on the inside. I had to change rooms and still wasn't satisfied. Towels were raggedy. I could have did a better job cleaning the rooms.

My wife and I stayed three nights in the hotel. We slept very very well. However, the breakfast nook did not have any orange juice, it did have apple juice, but the machine was broken. It was reported to the staff. There was no tea for the hot water, and the coffee was lukewarm - both in the kitchen area and out front. I thought the staff should have checked to ensure it was not empty in the kitchen area, they directed me to go to the coffee thermos up front. As for not having tea - for three days -how difficult is it to run down to the store and buy some tea? Aside from breakfast area, the staff seemed like their hands were tied; they are not mechanics. But on a positive note: The room was very comfortable. We came back - staying a total of three nights. That should tell you something. There was coffee in the rooms , we bought our own tea at Meijer's.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly. We slept so comfortably that we slept through breakfast. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient - we stayed herer three night.

Place is terrible!!
This place is disgusting. The place had a distinct smell as soon as you walked into the door. Our room had a strong smell to it. Everything in the room was sticky. Our toilet didn't work for a day. Was worried about bed bugs. Forget the breakfast, they either didn't have any thing or the machines were broken or out of order. This place is a DIVE!

Property was unkept and the beds were made with badly stained sheets. Desk clerk handed us new sheets and said change them yourselves or wait for housekeeping in the morning. Breakfast area was very dirty and there was hardly any food. Seemed like everything in this hotel was broken. They couldn't even make coffe. Hallways smelled of Marijuana and the guests were wandering the hallways all night. Very strange vibe.

Only stayed about 20 minutes after finding a bedbug crawling on our bed, which my wife has a video of. Best part is both I individually and Expedia on my behalf have reached out asking about a refund and the hotel doesn’t even have the decency to respond. I’m filing a claim with my credit card company. Just don’t bother staying here. We ended up at the Super 8 next door which was about the same price and worked out just fine

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!The room was not cleaned well before our stay. The bathroom was dirty with 3 dead bugs on the floor as well as writing on the mirror. The bed sheets were clean asside from blood stains on the underside of the mattress protector and thankfully we just needed a place to sleep for one night while visiting friends. There is trash all over the parking lot and over flowing from trash cans around the entrance doors onto the ground. The pool is closed and has a horrendous smell when you walk in that entrance. They say "renovations" have been done but it looks like that had drug addicts do it for free rooms. The photos make the rooms look ok but they are not even close to what the photos show...

This property was OK. I didn’t expect much because I was looking for an inexpensive option but the property had a smell that no amount of air freshener could cover. Also, the WiFi was terrible. There is no excuse for that in 2023.
