It was exactly as portrayed: an historic (and idiosyncratic) small inn/hotel; not fancy, very straightforward; on the water in a wonderful location; a great kitchen punching way above its weight. 'Mooi oud hotel. Voor het geld wat ik er voor betaal verwacht ik echter wel knap uitzicht. Nu keken we op een plastic tank uit aan de zijkant van het hotel. Badkamer mag ook wel eens opnieuw gekit worden. Eten was ook behoorlijk aan de prijs. Een andere gast vroeg of hij voor het hele hotel moest betalen toen hij de rekening kreeg. Kortom de prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. Omgeving is wel een aanrader.'
