Goed gelegen hotel om stad te bezoeken
Kamer was netjes. Alleen het elektrisch vuur werkte niet, maar men zocht aanstonds een oplossing.

Prima hotel om te verblijven, alles keurig netjes en schoon. Kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vrij recent ingericht.

The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available.

One of the nicer places I stayed in NZ, well equipped kitchen, comfortable room. Big supermarket nearby. Easily walkable to the sights of Napier and to the bus terminal. Nice building although the internal layout is a bit confusing.

Central location was great to walk everywhere I wanted to go and did some great hill walks too. Only feedback would be that two comfy chairs in each room would be good - lovely clean rooms and we had everything we needed - would stay again

Nice property and great having access to free laundry (wash & dry). Parking next door was great. Free overnight and $5 for entire day. We did not use the cook top or dishwasher, but great option to have.

Great choice., loved it.
Receptionist was impressive, Friendly, lots of information, maps , places to go etc etc..he was First Class. Apartment was fantastic, loved it, very impressed. Location was excellent. Town was fabulous.. Parking on site, free laundry. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Central apartment hotel
Quest apartments are central and easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, i-site, shops. Very helpful, friendly staff. Fairly spacious studio apartment with kitchen. The only problem we had was being woken up at 6 am with the loud music from the gym next door.

Generally it was a nice stay…..if you don’t want to sleep! This was one of the noisiest places I have ever stayed…… from the neighbour closing his kitchen draws to the people in the hall on phones to people yelling in their rooms……. Would I stay again…..simple answer…..NO! Great location….. great staff…..crap property!

Beautiful room, but I want informed that parking needed to be reserved in advance. Luckily there was plenty of free public parking because of the weekend.

Tidy and comfortable
The people were friendly and welcoming, rooms clean, bed comfy, great location. Only thing was the gym next door pumps its music at 7am on a Sat morning, so if you are a light sleeper not ideal.
