Prima ligging, mooie kamers. Ideaal om de stad te verkennen en toch effe uit de drukte te zijn. Gezien er geen ontbijt geserveerd wordt zou een koffiemachine in de kamer of de gang wel een meerwaarde zijn

Eine gute & praktische Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in Neapel. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude ... einige der Zimmer befinden sich direkt an der Straße, von daher nicht immer ganz ruhig Obwohl es als Bed & Breakfast beschrieben ist, kann man dort nicht frühstücken ... es gibt jedoch Alternativen direkt um die Ecke Die Zimmer selber sind sauber und der Größe entsprechend, könnten aber ein "Make-up" vertragen

The staff were very helpful. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful feel to it. The rooms front on to a busy street that has traffic most of the night. However the sound-proofing is fairly good - there is only a problem with noise if you want to keep your balcony door open at night.

Das Hotel ist einfach zu empfehlen. Es zwar etwas abseits gelegen und nach dem „deutschen“ Standart etwas anders, aber es ist sehr familiär und hat Charme. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe und Tipps die wirklich zu empfehlen sind. Unser Zimmer war Sauber, die Straße ist Nachts ruhig und Fußläufig kann man die nächste Metro in 8 min erreichen.

Hotel is clean . It is difficult to find and also difficult to contact. There is rarely anyone actually on the desk to ask for help. It’s very much do it yourself. The rooms just fit a double bed in but the bathroom was ok. Everything from bed to bathroom check in to check out is basic. It’s not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for?

Ottimo affittacamere nel bel quartiere di Chiaia
Ottimo affittacamere, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera junior con portafinestra, molto pulita, bagno con ottima doccia, cassaforte, tv e frigobar; letto e cuscini molto comodi. Il personale e’ stato molto gentile anche se ovviamente non è sempre presente. Di fronte un ristorantino, dietro l’angolo un ottimo bar per far colazione, a 5 minuti dalla passeggiata a mare e dalla metro Piazza Amedeo ma il centro e’ ben raggiungibile anche a piedi. Mi permetto di suggerire alla gestione due piccole aggiunte: una bottiglietta di acqua omaggio per ogni ospite e un cestino per l’immondizia in più’ oltre a quello in bagno. Penso che se di nuovo a Napoli torneremo certamente.

I stayed 5 nights at Barbarella in Chiaia, and it met every expectation. The host who spent everyday from 3-11 was very accommodating. Helped with what ever I needed and recommended things to do in the entire compañía region. My room was cleaned every day. And the hotel is in the perfect location if staying in Napoli.

Perfect stay!
Our room was just perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location, far away from the city centre chaos but close enough to explore the city on foot and ideal for a morning stroll on the seafront. The staff was super kind and always made sure we were having the best time. 100% recommended!

We stayed for one night only but found this hotel really cozy and clean. The service was great and the room spacious. A bit difficult though to shower in the jacuzzi bath but overall we were fully satisfied. Also the area was very nice.

Virkelig dårlig service og beskidt hotel
Værelset levede slet ikke op til beskrivelsen på jeres side. Værelse med balkon og delvis hav udsigt, var en fransk dør med udsigt til en parkerings plads. Værelset var beskidt med hår fra andre mennesker. Vi lavede en aftale om at refundere pengene men det kunne så lige pludselig ikke lade sig gøre og endte med at snakke med jer i over 3 timer for at i ikke kunne sende med noget dokumentation på samtalen.

Arrived at the hotel and was told we were “upgraded” to a new hotel 30 mins walk away which was difficult with our suitcase, although the area was better. When we arrived the room looked quite similar to the original we had booked, so we assume they just couldn’t be bothered to come and meet us for the check in. The room was nice and suitable for 1 night and they gave us some tips for the area and told us we could leave our luggage until late the next day. But on check out there was no one at the desk for us to give the keys or to leave our luggage with and they were VERY difficult to get hold of so waited in reception for an hour. Eventually got the personal number of someone who reluctantly said they would meet us at 5 to let us in to get our luggage. When we arrived at 5 no one was there so we had to wait again. Very poor and disappointing service.

Everything about Barbarella Home was so inviting. The entrance, the tiled floor, our bright lite room and the thorough cleaning every day which surpassed any 5 star hotel. The reception staff were amazing. The young man Rafael helped my husband with printing and scanning vital business documents and Erika was such a bubbly and delightful staff member. My husband and I cannot fault this place.
