Sehr schönes Haus direkt an einem Kanal mit einem tollen Pool. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Strandtücher und Strandstühle.

Perfect house and location
Our family including pet enjoyed the house to the fullest. The dock requires experienced person for docking boat, especially on low tide days but location, either in water or land was perfect. House is very close to Old Naples. The cleanest house I've rented through VRBO.

Responsive manager but the property needs some attention.
We had a few issues during our stay, but we had none with the manager, Ruediger. He was VERY responsive and very fair in our dealings with him. Mechanical issues with the pool pump, pool heater and the home A/C were frustrating but were handled promptly and professionally by Rudy. He did everything he could to take care of the issues in a prompt & professional manner. The house would be a first-rate property had it not been for many small issues maintenance type issues. These include messy gardens, a dirty comforter (main bedroom), dirty pool (due to pump issues?), mold in the wine cooler and food left in the freezer as examples. There were limited “starter” amenities such as toiletries in the bathrooms or trash bags in the kitchen - so bring your own! A bigger issue was NO hot water in the kitchen sink (yes, we let run for 10 minutes and had to resort to boiling water to wash dishes). There have been repairs made to the house, but they were not necessarily done well. Bottom line, this property is okay, but it has potential to be a very nice rental with some TLC.

Property is showing heavy wear. Doors were chipped and needed painting, molding was missing, dirty and cracked. Walls were marred and scuffed. I will say our manager was professional and helpful.

Perfect getaway rental
Super-easy communication/coordination, great location, easy access to shops and all the action. Rented a boat during our time there, dock access worked perfectly. Basically fished every morning, hit the beach, then hit the shops and restaurants the rest of the day. What else could you ask for in a vacation!? Naples was a great location and this rental was a great accomodation to spread out!

More than enough room for our family of 4 (2 older teens) with our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, linens were super comfy and he had plenty of beach towels for you to use. We even had a bonus and were able to enjoy fresh coconut which had fallen of the trees from the property. The pool was clean and the temp was perfect. Loved the fact that it was screened in. (Bring lots of bug spray if you intend to be on dock at night) We were concerned about the bird poop on the dock by the description but it wasnt even that bad. The only reason we rinsed if off (one time when we arrived) is bc we didn't want our dog eating any poop. Often VRBO pictures are deceiving but this time they were true to life and reality matched the pictures. We drove to nearby downtown Naples for meals which was only 5 mins away. The beach is close by too but the kids had so much to fun at home we didn't even end up going to the beach. Ruediger was a great host and even ordered a paddleboard when I had inquired about them. We brought 2 of our own but I'm sure future guests would appreciate it..along with all the other items he has for your use He mentioned that perhaps it would be better to launch the board from the beach but the canal is very calm and those of us who were beginners had no issues launching from the dock. While we didn't use them he also has bikes and a lot of other toys and beach items too numerous to mention (chairs, umbrellas etc). Ruediger has tried to think of everything. Highly recommend this place and Rudiger as a host.

Overall Okay
Cobbled house repairs, painters tape everywhere, mold in the pool, and so many ants. Nothing we couldn’t handle while there but not exactly what we wanted to be dealing with while on vacation or for an expensive rental. Communication was accommodating - there was no point in telling him about the issues though for a short stay…we just bought ant traps and dealt with the rest.

The house is in a great location. We rented a boat for the week and we were able to park at the dock. Rudi is a great host, he checked in with us after checking in and quick to respond with any questions. Very convenient for access to Old Naples.

Oasis in Naples!
Great property on a quiet street with a screened -in wonderful pool! Right on the canal too. Walkable neighborhood and very close to 5th Ave and Old Naples. Rudy is very responsive and cares that you have a great visit.

Family Christmas Gathering in Naples
Our stay at this property was ok. The pictures online are lovely, the actual home is quite old. It was very close to another family members rental so we ended up spending much of our time at there home. We had issues with the Internet and two different days ended up staying at the house waiting for Comcast repair people. We were never able to watch any of the bowl games on the TV because the owner did not get ESPN. The owner tried to be helpful with different issues but he was in Germany and had no manager close to help out. We ran out of toilet paper and I was told we just needed to buy some. Having traveled and rented places much of my life that was a first for me.

Hi Rachel, Im sorry that you did not like your stay. I tried my best to make you happy, but I guess I was not successful. The house was completly remodeling in 2018, New kitchen, bathroom, floors and since 2018 most of the furniture are new including the beds. I replace regulary each few month the towels, the linnens, carpets and replace furniture if needed. I also provide everything, like paper towels, trash bags, toilettpaper, dishwasher detergent, detergent for the washer, soap etc. for the first days. The house has internet TV and it works with apps. Because of that there are many more channels availible as only by cable TV, including ESPN wich is provided by peacock. Also, there is netflix, amazon prime, roko, youtube for free. I'm always availible, where ever I am thanks to internet, and I take care of any problem as good as I can, and as you can see in former reviews, I take care of my renters very well. Family and Friends Reunion at Naples
After almost 2 years of not seeing family and friends, we all decided to meet up in Naples. What a lovely place to gather for a meal by the pool or dockside. Plenty of room to celebrate my birthday with our loved ones. Spectacular view of the Naples bay channel from the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. The kitchen is a plus with all the upgraded appliances and fancy china. My sister even commented that she can feel the goodness and generosity of the owners. Thank you so much for this lovely space where we created so many beautiful memories. We don't have to leave the house at all to have fun. Downtown is so close by where we enjoyed shopping and fine dining. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous property on Naples Bay
We really enjoyed our stay at Rudy’s house. The beds are very comfy and we liked the open floor plan. We enjoyed the enclosed pool..no bugs and fishing off the dock. My kids caught many fish and saw a manatee. We rented a boat and pulled right up to the dock. It’s close to downtown and Naples pier.

Great location for beach, old town, and Naples Bay
Perfect location to get your beach time, shopping & restaurant experiences, and on-water boat fun in Naples Bay. The backyard pool is great, and Ruediger was so easy to communicate with regarding need for pool heating. Wish we could have parked our car in the garage, due to daytime heat, but not that big of a deal. We walked nightly to nearby restaurants and drove easily/quickly to nearby pickleball at East Naples Community Center.

Great location! The property was not new but nicely updated for the most part. Kitchen was well furnished. We had a little trouble with the TV as no local stations were available that we could find, however we are not techies and the TV was equipped with multiple apps to choose from. The owner was readily available to answer any questions which was a plus! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great House for a Getaway
I brought my family down to Florida for work and then extended the stay at this house. Host was very hospitable and the house was very nice. Beds were comfy and everything worked out great. I should have asked if the pool was heated, because the water ended up being too cold to swim, due to being December in Florida. That's my fault for forgetting to ask. Very pleasent stay!

Fantastic Vacation Rental
This is a beautiful home with a great pool. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is lovely and great for walks. You can get to all the fun areas in Naples by a short car ride from this house. The owner is super responsive and helped with all our questions. I highly recommend this home and am hoping to rent it again next year. I absolutely loved it!

Great staycation!
Property was perfect for what we needed. We saw porpoises in the back yard, which was amazing. Whole property was very clean and well stocked. Pool was clean (and heated). We were warned about being careful on the dock. I was and it paid off, as I had great luck catching and releasing a few nice sized fish. Had one question for the owner and he answered the phone immediately, so communication was great. Thanks for a great weekend, hopefully next time we can stay longer!!!

Lovely home with an ideal location.
Great get away to relax, enjoy Pool & Canal. A short drive to shops, restaurants, Tin City & Downtown 5th Ave. The are rugs in bathrooms & bedrooms needed to be washed, which I am sure was just an oversight as the rest of the house was spotless.
