Fake review. The only real information is that you informed us about your canceled flight and then we never know anything else about you until you appear at our door out of the reception time (and you had your check in immediately in anycase). Unfortunately our fault was to be too kind to any person and try to help in any case, even when they are person like you. Fortunately your review is completely invented that is very hard to believe to your words.

The center of national research didn’t inform about the earthquake…sorry! All we need to do is laughing at your review…But we don’t like have fun in case of natural dangerous evenience like this…The driver wasn’t available not for the earthquakebut because you didn’t reserve it before your arrival (we have just few collaboration because we are a small place). This is more to inform other potential guests that for you:In our city last week we had a thunderstorm and an earthquake that caused a lot of electrical damages in our area so that we informed our guests before the arrival about the small problem that happened to the building. Some of decided to cancel for free, some other said it was ok because they didn’t mind (this guest was one of them)…

Hi, thank you for the review, I'm glad you enjoyed the room and the common area. unfortunately in the booking description it says that guests can do self check-in, to send you instructions whtsapp is the fastest way, you didn't even receive the email so the problem was more yours than mine actually! for the ants we checked several times .... I saw 2 in number ..... sorry it must not happen, they could eat the guests :-) good day
