Great place close to major highways
Great place to stay. Large and comfortable rooms. Convenient location, close to I-75 and the Tamiami trail. The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial area, so obviously it is not downtown NaplesThat is about a 10 min drive.

Prima hotel voor een of een paar nachten
Prima hotel. Kamer iets kleiner dan 'normaal' maar zeker nog voldoende. Alles schoon, netjes en in orde. Goed ontbijt geen enkel probleem ervaren.

Hier gelogeerd op doorreis. Super net hotel, ontzettend goed geholpen en aardig/vriendelijk personeel. Voor ons, vijf personen was de kamer te doen omdat een kind van 10 op het uittrekbed lag. Een volwassenne en/of grotere kinderen op het uittrekbed zou ik zeker niet aanraden. Mits je de rest van de vakantie pijn in je rug wil hebben?! Hotel te ver van Naples en andere bezienswaardigheden, als je geen auto hebt! Voor een of hoogstens twee overnachtingen.

Very disappointing for the price. The entire hotel smelled horrible with their air freshener being pumped throughout the hotel. The lighting in the room was dark. The bathroom lighting was horrible. No water in the fridge. Would not stay there again.

I have never experienced such bad customer service as I did staying here for 4 nights. Housekeeping never came and cleaned our room. When I called and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t replenished, the front desk was rude about and each time had some lame excuse. Every day I had to go and ask front desk for clean towels. Pool is not very safe, some random person just jumped over fence and was sitting in pool area smoking. To top it off the last day were there the breakfast lady yelled at my 10 year old son because apparently he spilled a little waffle batter on the floor. Overall very dissatisfied with my stay. At $200 dollars a night this hotel needs to work on customer service satisfaction.

The property was nice; however, my room had a roach in it. The back entrance door by the pool didn't close all the way, which was a safety concern. The front desk agent was kind of rude at first but then changed his attitude later on. Overall, it was okay for an one night stay.

Although the areas and rooms where all average in general one of the person in our party was sexually harassed by one of the guest. Keep in mind the person that was harassed was an older person. I understand this has nothing to do with the establishment but they should have someone like a lifeguard in the pool for instances like this or just in general for safety.

The property was nice, the rooms were clean, hallways smelled great. But the staff? There was not one person that I spoke to that was polite. Every time i went to speak to someone or called the front, I got an attitude or felt like our conversation was rushed when I was the only one in the lobby.

Für die 5. Person musste das Bett selbst hergerichtet werden. Zimmer direkt neben dem Eingangsbereich war extrem laut, da die anderen Gäste dort abends zusammen saßen.

my next stay may be with other than hotels.com..
the stay was fine but when I checked in I ask why I was charged an extra $30 to be able to get a full refund if I had to cancel but when I checked it a week out it showed the same room for $30 less and fully refundable and they said I would have to talk to you ( hotels.com ) so why did I have to pay the extra money to you? I also was asked for my credit card even though the room was already paid and I check my card and they charged me another $20 for no reason why!!

Overnight in Naples
Staff was very helpful and accommodating for early arrival and late checkout! Front desk interactions were great! Beds were not as comfortable as I’d hoped. Overall it was a great experience and I’d stay there again!
