We zaten naast een kamer waar gerookt mocht worden. Dit was per vlagen te ruiken. (Via de tussendeks welke de kamers verbond). Dit aangegeven bij vertrek. Ze zijn ermee bezig om al dit soort kamers rookvrij te maken.

Prima motel! Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
Erg goed onderhouden motel. Kamer zijn erg netjes en comfortabel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het motel ligt buiten de stad. Met een auto is alles makkelijk te bereiken vanuit het motel.

Disgusting room
We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere and finding it can be tricky. There are a few larger shops nearby (eg a Walmart supercenter) in case you want to bring some food or drinks to your room. Restaurants are a bit further away. Our room was disgusting, maybe because we were put in a room we didn't book (on request). There was a really weird smell in the room and there was chewing gum on the night stand. There was also quite some dust and furniture needs replacing (paint/ laminated strips coming off). The beds were very comfortable though. The swimming pool was nice and breakfast was good as well.

Hotel op enige afstand van centrum
Het hotel is gedateerd en de galerij is smerig, ontbijtzaal is uitgekleed. De kamer had last van ongedierte. Het bed was prima.

I was there for 2 days and no one came to clean the room we had to disposs our own garbage and i fix the bed before we left the room came back and it was the same way we left it.

Shower head not working properly
The overall experience was pretty good, the only thing that was missing was the perfect shower head. The shower head the unit had was not very good. If you replace that in a flash you shouldn't have any problems.

The blankets were dirty, a couple of roaches in the room, the front door had a big enough gap on The bottom where insect or othee pests can get in. We were there one night so it was bearable. If i would have had to stay longer i probably would have left.

Full of roaches
We understand that this is a motel, but the room we first got was full of roaches. Basically it was a fight to kill them the first night. Our room was moved but ultimately it was very uncomfortable. There was no compensation for this inconvenience and basically almost was seen as being annoying for asking to move. We have children, of course we werent going to stay in a room full of roaches. Definitely not worth the price even if other places nearby are more expensive.

My room did not get service the following day I went down to the front desk to ask for it to be serviced as well as pool towels all I got was towels no one ever came to service the room I asked for to be service because there were intimate clothing in there. From a previous guest. My phone never worked I also asked for that to be checked out so I constantly had to walk down to the front desk. Also in the bathroom the ceiling is falling apart. Literally there is a hole. Pool area was nice and clean which we did use unfortunately the water wasn't heated so it was ice cold. And the day of our checkout we were told checkout is at 11:00 a.m. but the housekeeping was knocking at our door by 9:00 a.m.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel clerk was very hard to understand as his English was very broken and did not speak loud enough to hear him. He needs to speak much slower and annunciate properly. We registered through a video screen.

Property was fine. We had to cancel the second night and the Expedia rep. told us he had cancelled it, but had not done so. Fortunately, the manager Paul was extremely helpful and professional and took care of everything for us. I would recommend this hotel due to the friendly staff such as Paul.

When checking in there were 2 guys behind the desk and adviced me to check in on the kiosk (weird technology) anyway upon check in i asked the guy on the screen was the room a jointed room (don't like them due to past experiences you can hear through it and smell smoke ect.) The kiosk guy said yes, i didn't agree so he switched my room(i had been driving all day so i was tired ready to relax a little) to 134 i get there and it is a standard room😫😡... I purchased a suite that has a little front room area with a couch ect. So i had to go back wait in line AGAIN then finally he put me in the $248 a night room i seen on the web rm 154 everything was soooo hard the beds were super firm the couch was worn out not worth the money at all the location was okay but the furniture was AGED!! The bathroom tub wasnt gr8 had stains in it from just being there for so long (i know because i tried scrubbing it out) but for the price find somewhere else with better furniture and beds your back will thank you!!

Extremely Poor and lots of traffic noise!
Extremely Poor, Door had Gaps as big as 3/4" at sides and bottom, traffic noise all night long... Bugs coming under the door, gasket did not close the space, Sink drain did not work, and holes in the Bathroom tile walls, that looked to me to be Mouse holes, they were big enough, but I did not see a mouse. Don't stay here

The cleaning of the floors could could be better. The ceiling of the bathroom was disgusting. I had burn marks on my blanket. The room next door at other motel was cheaper and nicer. Also, the breakfast at your hotel was non-existent. Also, did not like the kiosk.

Horrible, the room smelled horrible, the sheets had cigarette burns on them. The walls sweated. Won’t ever rent a room from them again ended up staying at a friends place the second night.
