The furniture in our room was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. After a long day exploring Nashville, sinking into the plush bedding was a dream come true. The room's design was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for relaxation while incorporating modern amenities seamlessly. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service we received from the front desk staff. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice this year already!! It is a GREAT location from everything! This last trip I got to use the pool which was amazing! I highly recommend this place and will stay there again in the future. I would say the only downside is it could use updates, but that would drive the price up which is currently quite reasonable

Our room was terrible, dirty furniture damaged as well as room. Ceiling had holes in bathroom, cracks all over. Door did not close completely, overall dirty everywhere. Not at all even close to pictures on line. Pool/ patio area was ok but that was it.

I’m a very picky person, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This property was amazing at how clean it was. The breakfast and the area for the breakfast was spotless. I felt very comfortable there. It’s just a few blocks off of Broadway very easy to walk and you could a great deal of savings in price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The deodorizer they use to clean the rooms was horrible, we had a headache within five minutes of entering room. The staff did give us new room which had less odor but it was next to breakfast entrance and every time someone opened the door it slammed and woke us.

Once we got our stuff in the room we turned on the desk lamp it sparked it had multiple exposed wires, one of the beds had multiple broken spring boards, and one of the drawers handle was very loose to the point we had to open it from the sides in fear the handle would break, breakfast drinks tasted old close to expiration, the only good thing was the staff was quick to getting a new lamp for the desk, go to Hampton inn or any other hotel for a little more this hotel aint worth the money

The property was a very basic hotel which for our needs was fine. It needed updated but we felt safe and didn't have any issues with our stay.

Hotel is just a basic hotel. We booked this place for convenience and the price. We only stayed for one night which this was perfect for just that. Only thing that was very annoying is that we got a phone call at 1am and 10 seconds later a knock on our door which was weird.

Recently stay here while in town for a Morgan wallen concert and it was great. Pool was open which was awesome because it was so hot. I was expecting a dump based on reviews I read on google but we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. Staff were all super nice and helpful. The front desk can smile and be more welcoming but other that the staff were fabulous. I would recommend this hotel. You will walk a lot wear good shoes to walk around.

My only issue is due to the location being next to the highway and on a busy street. It was loud at some hours of the night. The property was awesome in terms of cleanliness and amenities.

We liked how easy it was to get where you wanted to go. So much was within walking distance, but even when needing a ride it was quick. Breakfast offered many options and was very good. Rooms are a bit dated, but everything worked as it should. Fridge stayed cold, showers were hot, and ac kept the room comfortable. Housekeeping brought fresh towels every day.
