My family of 6 had a wonderful vacation staying at the White House! The house and property were so beautiful. The house is huge and full of every amenity you would need for the week. Guy was extremely helpful and communicated with us quickly if we needed anything or had any questions. The property is unbeatable for privacy and the perfect beach location. Aside from a few shell seekers we rarely had anyone on our private beach front area. One of my favorite spots to hang out was on the master bedrooms patio which had a comfy couch to relax on and over look the water. We booked Jeffrey for a few rides around the island and he was wonderful and we learned a lot about the Bahamas from his trips. Jeffrey can also help you with any reservations or entertainment you might to to try. We also used Cheryl’s car service and they were great too. We stopped on the way from the airport for 30 min to get food and alcohol for the week. We did eat at the coffee shop in the morning and the restaurant on site at night quite a few times and the food was very good, probably better than some of our meals at the hotel/casinos. I would definitely recommend staying at Guy’s White House and hope to go back again soon.

Great location and great host
This is a nice property right on the beach in Palm Cay. It’s spacious and is a nice spot for large groups. Guy is an excellent host and is available for anything you really need. You are right on the beach so it’s very private only downside is there is construction right next door. The ocean is calm and very good for kids. Geoffrey is a host at Palm Cay and he is excellent use him for anything you want to book. Palm Cay is a little isolated and you can’t easily get a cab only hired cars which are about twice a regular cab rate. They do have a marina car you can use to drive to the food stop which is very helpful. Overall it is a nice property the I pay comments I would have is the water pressure isn’t great and we had a few times the showers just shut off no water. Also the property is a little dated and it’s not a true 5 bedroom as one of the beds is a fold out sofa. Not a bad thing but just be aware it’s not really a bed room. Kitchen is great and set up for large groups, have 2 dishwashers is nice. A/C is also a little tough as it didn’t really cool down the 3rd floor. Overall it’s a good experience just a little remote, one restuarant, and a few points on the house. One last comment is I have been to VRBO when the check out process is a pain with Guy it was so easy and he stopped by before we left, great person to work with.

Spring break
We stayed in March 2023 for spring break, and an absolute blast. This is a great property and the house has plenty of room to spread out over the 3 levels. It’s at the end of the beach so a little more quiet, which was nice and a short walk to the marina, restaurant and pool. Guy was very nice, came by to check on us the first day and was responsive. We didn’t end up using the wristbands to use the members only pool and he kindly refunded us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. I would also recommend Live2Fish for a great day on the water, kids caught fish, captain cooked up our food right on the boat and then we got to snorkel and look for conch.

A beautiful ocean front vacation home
The white house is as beautiful as the photos and Guy was very easy to work with and always responsive.Walk in the front door and see the blue blue ocean right in front. It's breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the furnishings all very nice. The beds and linens are all very comfy. All is immaculate. We hired a private chef for three nights and were served out on the patio with candles and party lights. It was fabulous! Being the last house on the beach is the best. Although other homes are close, we felt very private. Gorgeous swimming right out the door. We spent most days lounging on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The recommended chefs (Everton Smith and Quinton Outen)and driver and Massage therapist(Samantha) were amazing. Shout out to Jeffrey Deveaux who drove us wherever we wanted to go all week. He even got us restaurant reservations. Highly recommend him. We visited Atlantis for gambling and restaurants, and Baha Mar for the water park. The nearby Pink Octopus and Starbucks came in very handy. Loved them all. We would definitely come here again with our family and friends. We were well taken care of. Thank you Guy and everyone at Palm Cay!

The property itself was amazing! And the manager’s service was incredible. The house comfortably slept 7, had a fully stocked kitchen appliance wise, and had a wonderful beach. If you could take the house and put it in another resort we would return every year. However the Palm Cay Resort was terrible. Don’t believe the pretty pictures and videos.we had three children with us and I wouldn’t let them play at the park due to it’s dangerous, broken structures everywhere. The gym had rusted equipment, broken cardio equipment and they still charged you to use it. The dockside cafe charged $20 for a breakfast sandwich and $6.50 for a black coffee- and were particularly unfriendly. The Pink Octopus had decent food, but the service was poor and the attitudes of everyone working on the resort were negative. Every time we went to the welcome center we were greeted with another less than pleasant person. There was construction non stop at the resort pool area of which you paid to use. Please stay at White House only if you are expecting absolutely nothing from the resort. It is a shame for Guy that the company managing the resort does such a poor job. His service and his home are amazing.

The property was spacious for 7 adults and one teenager. We ate in most nights, taking advantage of the large cooking area, outdoor grill, and lots of appliances. Nice living room area and very nice beach just steps away.

Excellent vacation
We were two families of five and there was still room for more guests. Incredibly comfortable house that had everything needed and more. The kitchen was fantastic with two fridges, two dishwashers and sinks. The location is directly on the beach and the photos in the profile are accurate. Our host and owner Guy, lives close by and is friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the holiday and if we go back to Nassau, this is where we will stay.

The White House
This house is gorgeous, immaculate and has a beautiful beach! We enjoyed snorkeling just a few steps from the back door; we gathered at the fire pit almost every night (weather permitting). The location is close to downtown for excursions but if you want to relax and stay on the property, the Pink Octopus is a quick two minute walk from the front door. Guy (pronounced Gee), was helpful and accommodating- he even drove us to the grocery store to get what we needed! I would love to stay here again and I will definitely recommend !

The White House is the BEST House
Overall, my wife, 2 children (ages 5 & 8), and both sets of parents plus my wife's sister couldn't have been happier here. First, Guy is an excellent host and was so helpful with all our needs and even had GREAT recommendations for dining and activities. Second, the BEST part about this property besides the incredible home itself, is the beach. Perfect for swimming and relaxation. Lastly, the location of this property and the amenities were incredible, many days were spent simply enjoying the space and the beach.

Fantastic Week
We celebrated my recent retirement with 9 people in a 3 generational vacation ranging in age from 7 months to 72 years. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is spectacular with plenty of room for all 9 of us. It is the last house on the beach, so there is some sense of privacy. The beach is beautiful and protected enough that our 2 1/2 year old went swimming. Guy, the owner was incredibly responsive to any of our requests. There are beach toys that kept the 2 1/2 year old busy and comfortable beach furniture for the rest of us. There is a grocery and liquor store a half mile away, and Guy gallantly drove us for a shopping trip, and my daughter and I comfortably walked to the grocery one day for some odds and ends. If you plan other activities, such as a sailing trip or a private chef, bring cash as they do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM in the groceery store if you run out. We are seriously considering a repeat visit

Absolutely the best!
The White House was the perfect getaway for our extended family to gather for a holiday at the beach. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and property instructions. Light and beautiful with views from many rooms and comfortable seating inside and out! Our kids of all ages enjoyed the loft space. The huge kitchen with 4 ovens and 2 dishwashers made large family meals a breeze. The house is amazing but the very best parts of the trip are the location and the (unexpected) personal, thoughtful management by the owner, Guy. Truly the most warm and generous host! And the LOCATION was the perfect beach for long, relaxing days with kids (age 3-12) and adults. The neighborhood store, workout, parks, courts, pools, and restaurants offered easy, lovely walkable outings. The beach was pristine and the White House had all the chairs, towels, floats, and toys to enjoy the crystal clear water. All outside your back door!!! Wish we were still there! And dreaming about a time that we can return. Could not recommend this property more.

If you're planning a vacation with your family in the Caribbean, this is one of the best options. Modern and spacious, beachfront property. A little windy this time of the year but the fact that it is basically a private beach for your family makes up for it.

Don't think about it any more, just book it.
From start to finish it was a great stay. Too many details and too little time to mention but to sum it up, we had a great time. Our goal was to relax and talk. We had zero ambition to hang out in crowded places and this house provided ample space and areas to have great fun and conversation. The photos are true to form. Guy, the owner, is a great person. He was extremely accommodating. He is near the home and cares about the guests. We had a chef (Everton) come to the house for 3 days. This was much less expensive than going out to eat. Plus, there were leftovers which we turned into an entire meal (we also have a good cook in our group so that worked out well). Back to Everton, book him also. He is not only a great chef, extremely detailed, but a great guy. He knows the White House kitchen well and requires zero oversight. Just stay out of his way and he will serve a 5 course meal that rivals the best you have ever had. We took a boat out one day to with Shawn of Kickerachie Marine Group to 'Footprints' bar on Rose Island, snorkeling with turtles, and a joy ride. That was awesome. Shawn is also a great guy. The Pool and bar down the beach are a good 'get away' hang out. They have good drinks and it was quiet which was nice. If you are looking for a reprieve from a resort style vacation and to slow it down a bit then look no further. It was an amazing stay.

All You Can Ask For
We had a short week at the White House just 4 nights, but it was amazing. Traveling with 8 adults and 4 children can be tricky, but this house appealed to all of our needs. Guy was a great host, greeted us and said goodbye, he also fixed a few things we were missing ie grill scrapper. The supermarket is very close, we spent all of our time in Palm Cay, even tried the restaurant down the way called Pink Octopus. Food was delicious but service was slow (under staffed and on island time). The beds were comfortable, the open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for our large family. The master was impressive. The third floor was perfect for the couple with the 4 children. Views are unreal, your back yard is the ocean. I would recommend Guys home !

The property was beautiful, just as pictured. The extras made it extra special. We had 4 college students and 3 parents and 1 grandmother. Everyone was so comfortable. Everything you need for rest relaxation and leisure. The house is beautiful, the amenities are surplus. We rarely left house or our private beach area but the restaurant, pool, gym, starbucks, marina area is nice. We did walk to store one day to stretch our legs. Taxi's into town are about $40 each way. The kids loved the pool and beach area. I napped on the balcony listening to waves many days. The bathrooms, bedrooms. den and dining area were all decorated very nicely. I would love to come back her over and over again. Guy is the very best. He is the most helpful. We needed some bread from the store and he took u s immediately. He lives close by and is an instant resource. This one is worth every penny!!

The home was perfect for our multigenerational family of 12. We had a few small problems with the home but the home owner "Guy" lives a few houses down and was able to immediately fix any problem we had. Wonderful experience. Definitely Renting this Home Again!
This was a perfect home for us to rent for our family vacation. There were 12 of us and plenty of room to sleep. We loved being right on the beach, and this home was simply beautiful. The pictures of the home are very accurate. Everything you could have needed was in the house...even laundry detergent. I think a lot of guest were like us and did not want to haul back sunscreen, bug spray and tanning sprays and lotions, etc...there was lots there and we left ours too. On the day we arrived, the owner came to the house to be sure we were happy and that we had everything we needed. He gave us his phone number and was very good about responding when we had questions. He( Guy)was very helpful our whole stay as he lives in the same gated neighborhood. Guy recommended things for us to go see, restaurants to try etc. The Pink Octopus (on site) has great food, and you do not have to be an owner to eat there. The first day, they allowed our grands to swim in that pool, but it would have been another $10 per person per day to have access. We never used the pool that was for renters...the beach was too great! If anyone is a diver, we highly suggest Bahama Divers...about a 20 minute drive from Palm Cay! They were incredibly nice and we will use them again also. So much nicer than the cattle trains at Stuart Cove ...we had used them in the past and were very unsatisfied!

Everything you need-gorgeous beach/house!
Everything about this property is perfect. From the initial booking speaking with Guy all the way through check out was ideal. Guy is extremely helpful and responsive. The best property manager we have ever worked with. You cannot find a flaw in this house. It is gorgeous. We had 11 people and we were never on top of each other. Huge kitchen with double dishwasher was amazing! Everything has been thought of in this house. It is so comfortable and gorgeous. Then you step outside just a few feet and you have a cozy sitting area with a fire pit. Then a few feet further and you are at the main attraction-a stunning beach. We could not have asked for anything better. Don’t look at another house book this one. We can’t wait to book again ! If you need a real relaxation contact Tia for a massage at the house. She worked wonders.

The White House is absolutely incredible!!
We loved every part of our stay at this beautiful home. The house itself is absolutely amazing. The beds are so comfortable, the house is so spacious and has everything there you could possibly need. We had a group of 12 and couldn’t believe the amount of space we had in the house! The rooms are all so beautiful (especially the master with the amazing balcony and the view!!!), the loving room area was so comfortable and perfect as well. We loved the spacious kitchen and making meals while enjoying the view from the house. The house sits right on the beach, you step off the porch into amazing white sand and a huge stretch of beach, the ocean is literally steps away. One of the nicest parts of our stay was our interaction with Guy who manages this property. We were so appreciative to have such great communication from the moment we booked throughout our whole stay. He helped us with so many things while we were there, from helping us when we ran out of something to giving recommendations on activities that made our trip so much fun! We all felt like this was the best vacation we’ve been on. Being at the White House was so incredibly beautiful it almost felt surreal. There is so much to do just steps away at the Palm Cay marina, but it was hard to leave the beauty and luxury of this home. We cannot wait to book this house again in the future. I can not recommend this house enough!! Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Guy SO much for sharing this home with us and letting us experience such a wonderful vacation!!

This was our second stay at Palm Cay, first time in the White House. The property is beautiful. It is the last villa beachside, so very private. The villa is spacious, kitchen was good size. Loved the double dishwasher and 4 ovens. Pots and pans need to be replaced. 3rd floor was great for 3 teen boys. Outdoor patio has plenty of seating and lounge chairs. This is a great villa for two families. We stopped at Solomon’s grocery and Flying Dutchman on way in. We had a chef for dinner 3 nights (Chef Everton was great!). We ate at the restaurant on site one night. Not bad. Sadly the property has changed owners and they changed their menu. If you want to use the resort pool with beachside set up and access to bar, this owner does not have privileges to that. Although if you buy snacks and lunch stuff, you really don’t need access to that... you basically have your own private area in front of villa. There is a cafe on site near marina that has breakfast and lunch sandwiches. We chartered a catamaran two days.... definitely the highlight of our trip. We used a charter out of marina at the Atlantis as we could not find one out of Palm Cay. We used Cheryl’s taxi service for all of our transfers. They are very reliable and professional. I would highly recommend this villa!

We enjoyed our time at the White House! Everything was as promised. Communication with the home owner was easy and he was always quick to respond! Impressed and Depressed (it's over)
We cannot say enough good things about The White House and Guy. From the minute we walked in our jaws dropped not only from the beauty of the accommodations, but also from the beauty directly outside the sliding glass doors. This was the perfect place for our large family to hang out for the week (3 generations) and make memories! The kitchen was stocked with any essential you needed- people have left so many non perishable items from their stay from extra coffee and sugar, to peanut butter, cooking spray, spices, salt, pepper, etc. Being we had kids with us ranging ages 2-13 our goal was to just stay put and cook in the whole week, which besides one evening downtown shopping and dining out, staying in is just what we did. Based on a earlier review we decided to attempt (first time ever), packing refrigerated/frozen items to bring with and it was SO easy and saved us a ton of money. However if you didn't want to do that, there is a HUGE grocery store within a mile of the home- we frequented it to get fresh items like eggs, fruits and veggies. Great family week in a perfect location.
We arrived with 6 grandchildren under the age of 6. The house has a perfect beach and plenty of calm water for every age to enjoy swimming. The host, Guy arrived to greet us and make sure everything was ready. They had high chairs for the babies, plenty of beqch towels and a great stove for preparing our many meals. There is a little coffee shop down the beach for morning coffee and afternoon ice cream treats. The service is very slow but everyone is kind. There is a small restaurant on the beach and Thursday they serve pizza if you want to bring it home for the kids. We roasted marshmallows on the gas fireplace at night and watched the stars. This is a great hous and we would come back again. Thank you Guy!

Wonderful House And Beach
Positives: 1. Well maintained, clean, nicely appointed, excellent kitchen, appliances, kitchen materials, spacious bedrooms (although one is an open-up couch with two beds). Master bed/bath beautiful. 2. Responsive owner/excellent instruction guide to the property and area. 3. Gorgeous beach. Safe water. Wonderful breeze most of the time. 4. Nearby Markets/Liquor Stores Negatives: 1. Pool locations inconvenient and pools quite small without much shade. 2. House very vertical-stairs to three levels could be a problem for people with disabilities. 3. Water pressure in showers quite low. No grab bars in showers. 4. Lack of good restaurants within fifteen minute drive.

Family Vacation
We had a fantastic family vacation recently in the Bahamas. The White House was the perfect place for us to base our vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious. The beach was steps away from the house with soft sand and calm waves. Guy, the host, was very gracious and helpful. He was always ready to lend a helping hand. The design and location of the house allowed us to enjoy the Bahamas as a family in a safe picture-perfect space. We highly recommend this house and are looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing home, great service, and a beautiful setting
I can't say enough good things about our stay at the White House. The home is beautiful and has everything you'd want in terms of kitchen supplies and similar basics. Guy totally undersold all the extras! Over time, guests have left behind sunscreen, beach toys, shampoo, spices, etc so that SO much of what you'd need is already there. We did the same and it makes the experience feel even more turnkey and comfortable. Guy was SO responsive during our stay and had great recommendations on a chef (highly recommend Chef Everton) and anything else to make the most of our stay. The location is PERFECT for families - you have all the privacy and calmness of a private house, but it's in a community so you don't feel isolated. You can't beat having a drink on the deck while you watch your kids play in the ocean. We miss it already and hope to return!

Everything we thought it would be!
The White House was perfect... Just like the pictures... It's on a quiet beach with beautiful clear water and we felt like we were the only ones there. Not touristy at all and a wonderful place for a family vacation! Definitely plan on returning at some point!

White House was a beautiful well appointed Villa.
The Villa and the location were perfect for our extended family vacation that included 8 adults and 3 children under 4. We were fortunate to meet the owner Guy who was delightful and very prompt in responding to any of our questions. The Villa was spacious, clean and the kitchen perfect for preparing and serving our large family. The location was absolutely stunning, only steps to a beautiful white sandy beach. The only negative was that we paid the additional membership fee of 448.00 to access the amenities of the community and were very disappointed with the condition of the rental equipment and restaurant. We rented paddle boards with missing skegs and broken paddles. The restaurant was a disappointment with limited options and did not even have coffee or dessert. So I would recommend weighing the cost of the membership verses what activities you would participate in. I would highly recommend this Villa!
