'I will try to be as fair as I can here with our review. The house is absolutely gorgeous sitting on a no wake zone of the beaver river. We had previously taken 3 trips to the marina without too much problems. The owners always seemed to have a little anxiety with us launching on their ramp. 'We arrived at 2am (travel delays) to find a property that strongly smelled of smoke in the front room of the property, the bathroom, and the back room. There is an ashtray directly outside the front door for smoking and clearly that has permeated the property. We stayed that night and immediately moved in with family the following morning. The cottages at the river harbor were very clean and had everything we needed. Not to mention that they are located right on the river! Amazing!
