Property was clean and staff was accommodating. Ice machines on the floors were out of order as the shuttle to the airport. Planes fly directly over hotel. Inexpensive to spend one night before/after a cruise.

Property was beautifully renovated and staff very helpful. The breakfast offering was very good and a snack purchase area was available but pricey. Unfortunately the bar/restaurant and shuttle service to airport were shut down and we would’ve booked elsewhere if we had known.

The staff was not friendly at all. We called ahead to confirm airport shuttle service as we would be arriving after midnight. We specifically booked this hotel due to the shuttle. When we called for the shuttle, we were told it was not available. The staff was not friendly or offering of any help. In the morning, the manager was not there until a half hour after scheduled check-out... convenient right? I was told the shuttle was "not safe" by the still unfriendly staff member at the desk. There was zero help or making it correct for their disservice. Customer service and making a situation right is something this company needs to work on, coming from someone else who works in a similar industry.

I paid extra for them drop me off and pick me up from the airport. Call to let them know I'm back at the airport and Maria told me the bus broke and I have to find my own way back to my car after I already paid them. So I had to pay for a tax back to the hotel.

Have stayed at his property before, but on this occasion was very disappointed with the check in procedure. Arrived at the hotel after a tiring 10 hour flight from theUK only to find that a twin bedded room I had booked last May was not available. After waiting in reception for over 20 minutes a room of the type booked was eventually found.

We had and excellent stay would stay here again,only downside is it’s not very easy to get a walking distance to restaurants.
