Negatief: Personeel en service
It's the worst checkin experience we receive from any hotel, and definitely not Marriott standard. The front desk agent doesn't know what she doing. Took her 30 minutes to check us. Give us the key and never told us where the elevator. We asked and she gave us a look and attitude.
We got to the room and the bed doesn't look like been done/clean. It's very late and we need to be up early for funeral so we didn't care to call anyone but definitely not acceptable. The toilet look yellow and dirty, like someone pee and forgot to flush.. absolutely nasty.
First time ever experience this type of room and service at Marriott or any hotel.
DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL
