Leuk hotel, met vriendelijk personeel. Kamer had alle comfort, doch kast en opbergruimte mocht wat beter. De liften hoor je nogal expliciet wanneer je kamer dicht in de buurt ligt. Het ontbijt was best OK en met ruime keuze. Je moet dit wel door een Amerikaanse bril evalueren. De ontbijtruimte is voor verbetering vatbaar (graag Europees model), alhoewel de Amerikaanse 'whatever" visie ook wel wat zijn charme had.

I loved the hot breakfasts. Delicious!! The staff were all extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Great location! Superior Grill is two doors down and several other excellent restaurants within walking distance. More great boutiques and restaurants on Magazine St. Fresh Market is an easy walk for groceries. Loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave in room. Streetcar stop is right in front of hotel if you don’t want to drive. Parking was extremely easy, convenient and didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend.

D'wan and Corley were so helpful and had wonderful customer service. The employees made me want to make this my regular hotel when visiting The Big Easy. The free breakfast had more variety than those hotels with just breads, waffle mix, and coffee. They have that plus tiny sweet scones, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, bananas, premade little eggy bell pepper omelettes and the sausage patties a little cardboard-like, but it's better than what some of the other "continental breakfasts" other hotels provide. Plus the people who worked it were very nice. It's not in the loud and difficult to navigate like in the French Quarter, but the lovely nearby neighborhood of the Garden District with some of the finest restaurants in America, including Commander's Palace. It's on St. Charles with easy and cheap streetcar rides to the French Quarter. It's 4-5 blocked from Magazine Street with some cute shops and plenty of small coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. It was a wonderful stay. If you don't plan on staggering to your hotel from Bourbon Street, this is a nice option with affordable parking. You do not want to play to park in thee French Quarter. Thank you, Hampton Inn. Your staff made it worth it.

This is my go-to hotel for visiting my Tulane student. The location is perfect, convenient to streetcar and a pleasant walk to campus. My room is always pristine, and this time I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion that was available. Breakfast options are plentiful and fresh, and the front desk people are always friendly and helpful. And the bed is really comfy too!

Room did not have a standard closet. It did not have a safe. Breakfast foods are highly processed. The facility is beautiful and the staff great.

Good service. Desk clerks were polite, interested in helping and then showed it by being very helpful. I appreciate being able to get a handicap room. Will gladly stay there again!

The hotel is conveniently located near the trolley and a great grocery store. The beds are very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast our first morning was not replenished after we arrived 40 minutes before it closed. And the sensor for the sliding back doors picked up every one using the elevators! It drove me crazy!

Jade and the whole staff made our stay at a difficult time, for we had a family member in the hospital , a pleasant and accommodating to our needs! The housekeeping staff was as accommodating and tended to our requests! I highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, assistance, and comfort!

It was fine. Right on St. Charles and the street car line. Be advised, though, this hotel accepts dogs and pets. The room directly next door had a small, yapping dog with a squeaky toy that made noise all night. Too bad, because it was otherwise quiet and a decent place to stay. Enjoy NOLA!
