'This motel is convenient and clean. It is a no frills place to stay for a night or two when all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I stayed there when attending my daughter’s graduation from New Paltz and it was perfect. It was a quick drive to the school from there.'

'It was far from downtown and the price was a little high for an old hotel. Continental breakfast was included in their ads at expedia but was told they dont serve breakfast anymore because of COVID, it was a false advertisement. Thought the reason why the place was pricy was because of the breakfast but since there was none, they should have lower the price. The room smells old but it was clean. The spread sheet looks old, very unpleasant to look at. '
