'What an amazing venue! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. The venue and the hosts were so amazing, we're thinking of doing a reunion every year at 12 Armadillos!'

'The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste....

'This was the perfect house in the sweetest little town for my mom, my sister and me! It was so nice to stay just barely outside of Round Top and be able to get a coffee without a line, etc. The owners were phenomenal - helpful, informative and kind. We hand the best time!'

'We enjoyed our stay. It was a holiday weekend so lots of places were closed, big we saw lots of things we hadn’t seen before. The Sunshine Cottage was a very pretty and peaceful place to stay. Everything was there if we needed it. She had done instructions but not excessive. The door lock was so nice, no key to keep up with. We loved it! '

'My partner and I booked this little gem on a quiet weekend in Roundtop. The property is well kept, the pool was clean and our cabin was cozy. If I could make a suggestion it would be to move check out time from 10 am to 11 am. The maintenance man arrived at 9:30 and we felt rushed to leave.'

'Old but clean cute place to stay especially for the price. The room had two queen beds, a little dining table, big bathroom counter top, and bathroom. Very spacious. The only complain I've got is that the shower smelled like a mildew a little. They are two-story building. If you need a room downstairs, be sure to aske for it in advance. I had a knee issue, so I asked for a room downstairs to avoid going up and down on stairs when I checked in. But I was told I should have requested when I booked...
