Voor dit geld een goed hotel. De buurt was ronduit vies. Overal afval, open vuilniszakken, ongedierte en levende kippen opgesloten in kleine hokjes, zonder eten te consumeren door de bewoners in de buurt. Metrostations op minstens 20 minuten lopen

Keurig hotel in een minder verzorgde wijk. General manager was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers keurig en verzorgd. De wijk is niet erg verzorgd. Overal afval.

Onprofessioneel hotel.
Ruime kamers, niks te doen in de buurt. Williamsburg is ver te zoeken dit licht in South Williamsburg. Receptie geeft 's nacht zomaar iemand de zelfde kamer als dat ik in verbleef. De deur wordt zomaar op gegooid door wild vreemde. Receptie gebeld, maar geen enkele verontschuldiging ontvangen. Belachelijk!

The beds are very comfortable. They used to give breakfast before Covid, and it was good. There is limited dining around the hotel, and it would be nice if they bring it back.

I went to the hotel to check in, but was blocked entry from a group of Jewish congregation who blocked the street leading to the hotel. We had to check into another hotel. When I tried to contact the hotel concerning the situation, the phone only ring for 45 minutes with no response. I tried calling 2 times with no response. I need a refund for accommodations.

This hotel was nice and it was surprisingly super clean! Loved the bed and how comfy it was. The staff was polite and courteous. The only complaint I had was the overpowering bleach smell of the pillow cases being too strong. Switch detergents or cut down on the bleach, other than that it would be 10’s all around.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert and needed a place to stay. I would choose this hotel again for future stays while in NYC.

The room was clean but needed upgrades. The desk chair was torn in several places, coffee machine didn’t work, peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, stains on the pillow inside the pillow case, cracked tiles in the shower and when I entered the room the door to a small balcony was open which I found unsettling. I was able to turn down the heat on the heating h it but couldn’t turn it off completely which was annoying because the fan was quite loud.

The hotel flagged my reservation as fraud because my card declined 5x 2 weeks before my reservation date and they never bothered to call me or reach out in any form to ask for another card. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was checked in as usual but 3 hours later after trying multiple cards to pay for my room found out that the hotel flagged my reservation as fraud because of the multiple declined transactions and had to find another hotel after a 6 hour plane ride and 20 degree weather. On top of that there was mold and dust everywhere.

We are grateful that you left us a review; we value and take note of all comments. When a card does not match the reservation name, we flag it fraudulently. We also flag cards that have been denied after multiple attempts. This is carried out to avoid any problems during check-in. You had to update or change your card using the alert notice they provided you because you made your reservation through a third-party website, but it doesn't appear that you did.As a courtesy, we checked you in so you could recuperate after a long flight. We planned to try again later, which we did, but we were turned down again.Despite our repeated attempts, every reservation that appears to be flagged as fraudulent in our system is immediately canceled in accordance with usual procedure. About the mold and dust you brought up, our housekeeping staff makes sure each room is clean and organized before giving it to a guest. We apologize if this inconvenience gave you a bad impression of who we are. We hope to welcome you back soon so you can enjoy something new and know that we appreciate you as a possible guest.

Hello, thank you for staying with us in Brooklyn! Our twin-size bedrooms only have two beds, and they are the standard twin bed sizes. We do offer a rollaway bed for guests who have 3 people in one room. We're sad to hear that the bed sizes weren't to your liking. I hope you can come stay with us again!

Negatief: Comfort kamer
Hardly any sleep due to pipes hissing every 17 seconds for 30 secs a time throughout the night. Hotel in a run down part of Brooklyn (although safe) and a cab needed to get anywhere decent to eat. Would not recommend.
